VectorFog™ was founded in 1990 in Jangseong, South Korea by GJ Yeom, an engineering specialist in molecular technology. At first, the company specialised in manufacturing quality white goods, including vacuum cleaners, washing machines and fridges under the Samsung brand. Having accumulated extensive knowledge in plastic moulding as well
as motor, circuit board and nozzle technology, GJ Yeom started working on creating more efficient and user friendly
ultra low volume (ULV) cold fogging equipment for the vector and pest control industry. In 2005 he then went on to develop and patent the first of many new innovative ULV spray nozzles, as well as pioneering body work designs.
