Like an orchestra fabric needs a lots of players to make a good harmony such as yarn, weaving, dyeing, printing, backing and finishing. Only the harmony among players can create the best quality likewise orchestra as well as creation of interior textile for home and contract use. Thanks to our mill located near a textile industrial cluster, we have a completed production facility which allows the highest levels of quality and delivery. Being vertically structured from yarn dyeing to finishing process, we run a modern Jacquard and Dobby looms which can weave from 54 inches to 118 inches width fabric. With these facilities, we manufacture wide array of dobby and jacquard fabrics for the drapery, upholstery, roller blinds, bedding and wall panel fabric for home and contract performance textiles such as inherently F/R fabrics. We produce greige goods for piece dyeing as well as yarn dyed goods from totally different synthetic fibers, particularly with inherently flame-retardant materials to natural fibers such as cotton, linen or silk as well as mixed construction. Maximum monthly output amounts to approx. 0.5 million linear meters of high-quality home and contract textiles. Also we offer a reengineering, customization and design interpretation by our reengineering task force division.

Fibres given an additional flame protection finish (right) can lose the protection as a result of wear, age or frequent washing. Flame retardant fibres (left) are inherently flame retardant. For this reason materials made from these fibres and filament yarns are likewise permanently flame retardant.This is an important argument from the ecological aspect as well. Apart from their environmentally friendly manufacture materials require no additional fire protection treatment, such as normally combustible materials need. Treatments of this kind are harmful to the environment. Flame retardant fibres and filaments are, furthermore, eco-friendly. In comparative terms only very slight amounts of toxic fumes develop in the event of a fire. This is particularly important, since in a fire the danger of suffocation from smoke fumes is greater than the risk of injury from flames. During manufacture of the fiber, a proprietary organic phosphorus compound is incorporated into the polyester polymer. The result is Inherent FR with a lower melting point than regular polyester. This makes it difficult for combustion to take place as the fiber melts and shrinks away from flames. The phosphorus component prevents melting drips from occurring and prevents further burning by self extinguishing. The inherent FR polymer contains no brominated compounds. In order to preserve the inherent flame retardant characteristics of IFR fabrics, it is essential to refuse any additional treatments or finishes as it may affect or alter the fabric’s inherent flame retardant characteristics, quality and color. The molecular structure of the fibers of our inherently flame retardant textile has been engineered to provide the required flame retardant characteristics. Our IFR fabric therefore provides purchasers, interior designers and architects with a guarantee that the fabric they are buying meets the highest flame retardant standards in force in any country. In order to preserve the inherent flame retardant characteristics of IFR fabrics, it is essential to refuse any additional treatments or finishes as it may affect or alter the fabric’s inherent flame retardant characteristics, quality and color.

We produce our IFR fabrics using inherently flame retardant fiber. The major requirements of an inherently flame retardant textile yarn is to prevent flames or fire on the fabric from spreading quickly. Unlike fabrics that receive a surface treatment at a later stage, our IFR fabrics offer long-term security regardless of number of washings. This small but decisive difference results from the chemical structure of the polyester fibre. In the shape of a comonomer – a phosphor-organic compound, where the flame retardant properties are firmly anchored in the fibre. It is not possible for external influences to affect them.

Silver has been known to help alleviate joint pain, cut down on sensitive skin reactions and the anti-microbial properties of silver helps to prevent infection. Fabric Innovation III Acoustical Transparent Fabrics are used in a variety of acoustic applications and you can be sure that we have the right fabric for the job. Some of our fabrics are ‘acoustically transparent’, allowing sound to pass freely into an acoustic absorber behind. Acoustic fabric is used in many commercial interior projects and also by DIY inclined musicians and recording engineers in the construction of sound absorbers. “All home theaters and media rooms consist of what may be considered the “bones, muscle and skin.” The bones are the shell construction, floor, ceiling, doors,etc.) that may also serve to contain the sound to and from the theater. The muscles are the acoustic treatments and loudspeakers that create the quality of sound inside the room. Finally, the skin is the aesthetic finish that covers the bones and muscle and allows the theater to both look and sound great. One of the most common types of “skins” used to conceal acoustic treatments and AV equipment is fabric. Yet, not just any fabric can be employed for this most critical application. The fabric must allow sound to pass multiple times between the listening space and the speakers/treatments without any noticeable alteration of the sound. Various ad hoc tests, such as holding a fabric up to light or trying to breathe through it, can be done to give an idea of whether it can be used effectively for this application. However, there is only one true objective test: using a loudspeaker playing “pink” noise (think, radio static) and measuring the one-third octave band sound levels with and without a large piece of the fabric in question stretched in front of the loudspeaker. The difference at each frequency between the exposed speaker and the speaker covered by the fabric is called its “insertion loss.” When a fabric exhibits an insertion loss of 3dB or less at all frequencies up to 16kHz, it can be classified as Acoustically Transparent.

We can produce sustainability fabrics are made from synthetic yarns from pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled products which are made at a low impact production. Green Product Our IFR fabrics are not harmful to human body and environment. In brief, it is human friendly as well as eco friendly. They are fully tested by independent labs. It says our IFR fabrics contain no prohibited or regulated substances, or chemicals known to be harmful to humans and our environment. We do not use allergenic dye-stuffs and our fabric does not release heavy metals under artificial perspiration conditions. We do not produce fabrics containing formaldehyde. So it is a totally skin friendly pH Textiles free and LOHAS. Whether itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s about natural fibers or synthetic fibers, we will be constantly looking to adopt environmentally improved processes and products. We are the only textile supplier in Korea to date that has a reclamation program in place to facilitate the recycling of all Green products. We are the only textile supplier in Korea to date that has a go-green service with association DHL. It will contribute the reduction of emission CO2. Carbon offsetting is the process of reducing the net carbon emissions of an individual or organization, either by their own actions, or through arrangements with a carbon-offset provider.
