為期4週或以下之課程不得取消。學費均屬不可退還。學生已入境美國,且在課程開始前希望轉校到其他非EC F-1簽證機構則必須攜帶必要文件親赴其分校驗明身分已使轉校生效。若親自或以傳真/電子郵件出具必要文件, 即可移轉所有I-20簽證。已經EC語言學校所取得I-20入境美國之學生,不論是於開課日之前取消其課程,或從未出席該課程,則均將收取下列費用： - 註冊11週或以下的課程；最多4週之各項學雜費,因此發生之住宿費用以及任何不可退還款項(160美元的註冊費,90美元的住宿安排費,75美元快遞費,以及25美元學生保險費)

獎學金獲頒獎學金或政府助學金之學生,若開始修課之前款項尚未提撥予選讀之分校,則該學生應支付預付訂金。接送機抵達之前7日應告知航班訊息包括:抵達時間,航班編號,航空公司及起飛地等班機詳細資料,以便EC語言學校安排接機。若未於抵達之前7日告知EC語言學校班機詳細資料,則無法退還接機費用。接機費用包含最多1小時之等候時間。若延誤超過1小時,則學生到校時會被收取額外費用。抵達之前24小時內取消接送,將收取全額費用。預訂成人課程且沒有家長或監護人陪同的 18歲以下(溫哥華19歲以下)學生,如果抵達時間在晚上8點至早上8點間,則必須支付EC 語言學校之接送機費用。課程資訊 - 上課時間為星期一至星期五之上午與/或下午,依各分校有所不同。EC語言學校有權變更課程表之編排。 - E C語言學校有權將教室變更至類似標準之其他場所。 - 各分校之特別重點課程,免費語言研習及語言活動並不相同,且依實際情況可隨時變更。 - 一對一個別班與精通班之開課情形,依教職員和教室空間之不同實際狀況分別排定課表。課堂可能於一般上課時間之外講授,並依教師與教室之實際情形而異。 - 4 8小時之內通知預約一對一個別班可能無法提供。 - 取消,延後或變更任何一對一個別班或精通班均須72小時之前通知,以便核算退款。於72小時之內通知取消,延後或變更課程,均將被收取全額費用。 - 預定一對一個別班套裝課程(每週20堂課以上),應視為EC語言學校之其他課程,並依標準條款及細則辦理退款。 - 若預訂精通班,且語言流利程度類似之學生少於3名,則EC語言學校保留48小時之前通知取消該班級的權利。 - 經 EC語言學校取消任何課程包含一對一個別班或精通班,均將全額退款。 - 城區英語–於教室外進行的某些活動可能產生額外交通與/或門票費用。這些會產生額外費用的課外活動可以選擇自由參加,學生如不想支付這些費用可選擇退出活動。住宿 - 於 20:00至08:00抵達之學生屬延後/提早抵達住宿地點,因此應依規定於飯店預訂首夜之住宿。某些住宿方式可能另外加收延後抵達手續費,這類資訊於預定時皆會提供。

美國,加拿大及開普敦：僅健康保險。 - 有關上述保單之詳細資訊,請洽詢您的 EC語言學校聯絡人或EC語言學校合作夥伴網站。 - 選讀任何課程之學生,均應具有充份之健康,意外及旅行平安保險。EC語言學校美國及加拿大各分校均規定,學生必須於抵達時出示健康保險證明。未提出證明之學生,均應立即向EC語言學校購買至少為期一週之保險。EC語言學校有權向未投保學生收取此項費用,且學生應於該週之內購妥其整個在校期間之保險。未投保之學生在其提出保險證明之前不得上課, 且缺課之時數並不退費。

責任義務

請注意,預訂成人課程之學生,EC語言學校並未提供監督措施。未滿18歲(溫哥華19歲)學生,均應於抵達前填寫父母損害責任賠償及棄權同意書表。更詳細資訊請洽詢您的預訂事務聯絡人。

除法律明文規定之外,EC語言學校及其教職員與代理人並不負責因任何原因而對個人或財產造成之損失,損害或傷害。經EC語言學校委託提供之任何服務,若因任何EC語言學校無法控制之理由或原因而致無法提供,EC語言學校並不負責。

開除

不可抗力因素

- E C語言學校有權開除行為不檢或違法或曠課學生。該生將不予退款, 且所有未付費用均應立即付清(美國地區除外)。遣送回國應由學生自行負擔費用。EC語言學校規定學生至少須維持80%之出席率 (愛爾蘭須維持85%)。

若因非EC語言學校可合理控制之原因造成無法履行義務,EC語言學校均不需擔負責任 (因此不需提供任何賠償)。且因該原因而致學生直接或間接發生之費用,EC語言學校亦無須負責。該等原因應包括,但不限於, 政府作為,戰爭,戰爭威脅,暴動,內亂,勞資糾紛,恐怖行動,自然或核災害,異常惡劣天候及傳染病。

當地稅賦

- 遭 EC語言學校開除之學生,將不再具備住宿資格,但將適用住宿退款政策。 - E C語言學校之零容忍政策包括於職場及課堂之任何歧視,霸凌和騷擾。歧視, 霸凌和騷擾均屬不可接受,違法且不被容忍。

大學校區分校就讀大學校區分校之學生應留意,大學停課期間,校內設施可能無法使用。遊學代辦

EC語言學校得基於推廣用途拍攝學生之照片及影片。若學生不願參與,EC語言學校會尊重學生意願,但學生應自行負責於相片/ 影片拍攝中離席。

EC語言學校有權因天候狀況,威脅等級,天然災害和其他非校方可控制因素修改,取消,延後青少年社交課程,且不予以退款或罰款。宵禁時間學生應於必要時遵守宵禁時間。未遵守宵禁政策之學生將受紀律懲處。

課程表 EC語言學校有權縮減並行式課表,並輪流實施上午及下午課堂。EC語言學校有權變更課表；但每週或課程之總堂數並不受影響。

入住宿舍之第三/第四床可能為折疊床/沙發床/子母床,此為世界通用之宿舍措施。某些宿舍可能採用雙層床。所有房間均保證為單一性別。高級課程及額外附加費用選項專班

國定假期
