REEMBOLSOS E TAXAS DE CANCELAMENTO

- Se a EC cancelar um programa após a matrícula do aluno, a EC irá reembolsar todo o valor já pago. - Estudantes que necessitam de visto/ autorização de residência temporária podem não ser capazes de encurtar o curso devido aos termos do visto/ autorização de residência temporária. - O reembolso é proporcional e calculado com uma base semanal. Ao determinar o número de semanas do programa de um estudante, a EC irá considerar uma semana parcial equivalente a uma semana completa, caso o aluno esteja presente a menos um dia durante a semana programada. Todos os estudantes EC estarão sujeitos às políticas de inscrição e reembolso provinciais ou estatais, de acordo com o destino específico. Se o estudante não concordar com a redução de lições e desejar mudar de curso, cancelar ou transferir para outro local onde não precisará reduzir as lições, o estudante não será penalizado pelas alterações e será reembolsado adequadamente. Apenas EUA: Alunos que estudam com um I-20 válido devem manter 18 horas de estudo por semana. No caso de redução de horas ou se o aluno cair em uma classe abaixo do número mínimo de horas, os I-20s receberão uma carga horária reduzida até que as horas possam ser atendidas. BOLSAS DE ESTUDO Os beneficiários de bolsas de estudo ou de subsídios do governo devem pagar um depósito para a escola que desejam frequentar nos casos em que o reembolso não é realizado antes do início do curso. TRASLADOS Detalhes do voo, incluindo: hora de chegada, número do voo, companhia aérea e ponto de origem devem ser informados 7 dias antes da chegada, para que a EC forneça os traslados do/para o aeroporto. A escola estará aberta nos feriados no Canadá. PROGRAMA DE LAZER A EC se reserva o direito de alterar, cancelar ou adiar o calendário do programa Young Learners devido a mudanças climáticas, ameaças, desastres naturais e outras razões além do nosso controle, sem possibilidade de reembolso ou penalidade. HORÁRIO DE RECOLHER Os estudantes devem respeitar o horário de recolher, quando aplicável. Os estudantes que não aderirem às políticas do horário de recolher estarão sujeitos a ações disciplinares. INSTALAÇÕES ALTERNATIVAS Em circunstâncias excepcionais, a EC se reserva o direito de usar salas de aula em instalações alternativas, com padrão similar. CALENDÁRIO DO PROGRAMA A EC se reserva o direito de introduzir o sistema double-banking, alternando as aulas entre manhã e tarde. A EC se reserva o direito de alterar os horários das aulas, no entanto, número total de lições por semana não deve ser afetado. QUARTOS E ACOMODAÇÕES Em acomodação residencial, a terceira/ quarta cama pode ser um sofá-cama ou cama dobrável, que é uma prática comum em residências em todo o mundo.
