Kingstown College presents one of the best Masterclass in Coaching, with the unique Professor David Clutterbuck, co-founder and Lifetime Ambassador of European Mentoring & Coaching Counclil,founder of Clutterbuck Associates and author of many books that are now considered as classic in Coaching and Mentoring. David Clutterbuck is one of the world’s leading authorities on coaching and Mentoring. Visiting professor in the mentoring and coaching faculties of both Sheffield Hallam and Oxford Brookes Universities. He has advised hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of employees on coaching and mentoring good practice.

"Innovative approaches to Coaching and Mentoring", an 8-hour Masterclass by Professor David Clutterbuck will take place on Monday, May the 28th 2012, in Dublin. The audience will be limited to 30 persons only. This programme is approved by ICF as Continuing Coaching Education (CCE). David Clutterbuck My role is to ask BDQs "Bloody Difficult Questions" as a mentor or coach; as a researcher; as a faciliatator of good practice in Boardrooms; and as the practice leader in international consultancy Clutterbuck Associates, which specialises in supporting organisations in developing mentoring and coaching programmes, and in establishing sustainable mentoring and coaching cultures. Everything I do revolves around helping people and organisations harness the power of dialogue. I am currently working on my 51st, 52nd, 53rd and 54th books... I am visiting professor to the coaching and mentoring faculties of both Oxford Brookes University and Sheffield Hallam University. This year (2011) I was voted Coaching at Work magazine's Mentor of the Year.

Paula King Paula King is a Psychologist and Leadership coach. She is President of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council in Ireland and represents Ireland on the EMCC European Steering Group. Paula is also a Master Coach, Accredited Corporate Coach and a Fellow of the European Coaching Institute. She holds qualifications in both counseling and psychology and has successfully completed an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development with Portsmouth University writing her Thesis on Embedding a Coaching Culture in an Organisation.
