Applicant Visit Day

Saturday 17th March 2018

Welcome I am delighted that you have chosen to apply to Edge Hill University. Today’s Applicant Visit Day will give you the chance to find out more about your chosen academic areas of interest and look around our vibrant campus, which is amongst the best in British higher education. As well as our new Technology Hub and state of the art Sports Centre facilities, during your visit you will notice our brand new Catalyst building which will be opening this summer. This exciting project is the latest milestone in our programme of campus developments which will house the Library and Learning Services, Student Services and Careers.

Edge Hill is committed to providing a high quality student experience and through the course of today you will meet staff and current students who will be able to provide you with an insight into life at the University as well as course information.

Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to attend a subject taster session and/or speak to academic staff on a one to one basis. If you have applied to study a joint honours degree, we recommend you visit both academic subject areas. In welcoming you to our campus, may I wish you well with your forthcoming studies and every success for the future.

Please make the most of this opportunity and have a very enjoyable day.

Dr John Cater CBE, Vice-Chancellor Please be aware that events may be filmed and photographed for Edge Hill University use. If you have any concerns please speak to a member of staff at an Information Point or in Registration.
