Welcome to Edge Hill Business School Dear Student
Welcome to Edge Hill University and the Business School. Students in the School study a range of programmes. We offer programmes in Accountancy, Business and Management, Computing, Marketing and Web Development so there are a wide range of interests in the School. I hope over this first week and the rest of the course that you take advantage of the opportunities to meet people on other programmes and from other parts of the university.
Many of you will have visited the campus previously but if this is your first time on it we hope that you will be as happy with the campus as we are and use the facilities and space in the building. For business related subjects, many of your classes will be in the Business School building. Computing classes are held in the nearby CMIST Building.
One of the key features of the School is the excellent working relationship that exists between staff and students. We will do our part to make sure that your time here is enjoyable and productive. You have to do your part by participating to the full to make the most of the opportunity. In the event that a problem arises that might affect your work please tell us and we will try to help or advise where assistance can be found.
