Get help during the day Information Points Student Guides
Each building in use during the Open Day will have an Information Point, staffed by friendly members of staff who can help with your programme, direct you around campus and help in the event of an emergency
Student Guides are easily spotted in their bright green tabards and are happy to help with anything to make your Open Day visit run smoothly. Don’t forget to ask them about their Edge Hill experience.
Housekeeping and Emergency Procedures Catering
Complimentary refreshments are available in various locations around campus.
Please ask a member of staff or a Student Guide for directions to the nearest location.
Refreshments and meals are also available to purchase from our catering outlets. Fire Alarms
On hearing the fire alarm leave the building by the nearest available exit and assemble as directed by staff and Student Guides.
Do not return to the building until advised it is safe to do so. Illness or Injury

Baby Changing Facilities
In case of illness or injury please go to the nearest Information Point or the Registration area. Staff will be able to arrange first aid assistance and will call for an ambulance if required. Please report any injuries to staff at Information Points or in the Registration area.
If you lose an item of your belongings or find some lost property please speak to a member of staff at an Information Point who will help you in the first instance. Toilets (including accessible facilities) are available in each building on campus. Please ask any member of staff or Student Guide for directions.
