Health & Wellbeing Week 23rd – 27th January, 2012

What’s On?

Dear Colleague Following on from the highly successful Health and Wellbeing week in January 2011, the University will again be providing a similar opportunity to experience a range of events tailored to the broad themes of Health and Wellbeing during the week of 23rd January, 2012. During the week, and in conjunction with a number of external providers, there will be a range of seminars covering everything from mental health through to various forms of therapy and pre-retirement planning. There will also be a Wellbeing Fair on Monday 23rd January with a variety of stalls and providers all eager to show (or sell!) you their wares! I do hope you find these opportunities interesting and helpful and that you are able to take advantage of as many of the sessions that interest you as possible. As ever if you have ideas for other activities or events then please let the Organisational Development and Wellbeing team in HR know.
