A BO U T F LO R E N C E C R I T T E N TO N Florence Crittenton provides an array of services to strengthen families and build a stronger community. We do this through residential, outpatient, community services, and early childhood programs. We believe all families deserve the chance to reach their potential and pride ourselves on exceptional quality programs and a positive work environment. Florence Crittenton is an accredited organization through the Council on Accreditation.
VALUES RESPECT & COMPASSION We believe that all families matter and believe each individual to be worthy, valuable and important. RESILIENCY We believe a person’s future is not defined by their past, and that families are able to heal and live successful lives.
DID YOU KNOW? • We serve families of all ages, not just pregnant and parenting teens. • We have been in Helena for 120 years and continually strive to design our programs to meet the needs of our community and the State of Montana. • We have community programs including home visiting (50 families), early childhood programs (28 children) and outpatient services (up to 30 clients) • We are not just for moms and babies, we serve the entire family. In many of our programs, each person has their own treatment plan so the whole family can grow and learn together. This can include extended family and caregivers. • 100% of the funds raised tonight, and throughout the year, go directly to ensuring families have a safe place to live, support to heal, services and education to gain new skills, and the network to move forward in a positive manner. The funds raised help make our communities better - for the families we serve, and every person they interact with throughout their lives.
COURAGEOUS INNOVATION Florence Crittenton was founded on innovation and the courage to support people in the most difficult circumstances. Our approach is based on our historical knowledge and built on innovative approaches to serving families. STEWARDSHIP We believe in responsible, efficient and effective delivery of services. TRANSFORMATION When families thrive, communities experience infinite possibilities. FLORENCE CRITTENTON’S PINK 2020

In this original pen and ink with watercolor, Robert F. Morgan shows a careful play and study of light and shadow. This can be seen in the piece where he created high cheekbones and a pronounced lip on this Cherokee warrior. The signature is interesting here in that it is distinctly tucked into this warrior’s braids. Donated by: Anonymous

Ways to help
JOIN US IN TURNING COMPASSION INTO ACTION Monetary Donations
Monetary donations are the best way to make the greatest impact on the young families at Florence Crittenton. Donations in any amount help offset their everyday costs, such as food, clothing, and necessary items; help with larger projects such as building maintenance, renovations, expanding and improving programs and capacity building are also vital. Florence Crittenton Home & Services is a registered 501(c)(3), all donations are tax deductible.
legacy gifts
When J. Empson named Florence Crittenton in his will in 1926, he probably had difficulty imagining that over 90 years later, families would still benefit from his generosity. By setting up a trust, Mr. Empson has ensured that we receive a check every month for the past 92 years representing our share of his estate. What could have been a single gift became a gift of over $300,000 over time! He has provided care to literally thousands of young families over the years. Mr. Empson’s gift is the perfect example of what a little planning can do. He wanted to find a way to help that would go beyond his lifetime, a legacy. His legacy lives on in generations of families all over Montana.
join our believer’s circle
You can multiply the impact you have on young families by joining our Believer’s Circle and choosing to make a small donation each month or quarter. No donation is too small, and they add up throughout the year to make a larger impact! Donations can be made at your convenience by mail, or we can set you up on auto-draft.

From the Board President : WELCOME TO PINK 2020!
As the President of the Board of Directors, and on behalf of the entire Board, I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to each of you for being here tonight. Incredible donors like each of you make it possible for the Florence Crittenton programs to truly transform lives - two at a time - every day - all year long. And, when we come together on a night like this one, it is my hope that while enjoying the amazing evening and company of friends, you will also take the time to reflect upon what a real difference each of you can make in the lives of the young parents and families that this event supports. Without you, it would not be possible, and because of you, the future will be better for these families. With sincere appreciation for your generosity, Sarah Corbally
