On behalf of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA), the Executive Committee and our staff, we welcome you to this year's 2025 LHSAA Girls’ Marsh Madness State Basketball Championships. The LHSAA prides itself daily in the promotion of education based athletics through academic excellence, sportsmanship, and overall character. This is our mission for all of our student- athletes across the great state of Louisiana.
We would like to personally thank our corporate partners, our host site, their communities, and the many volunteers who without their dedication and support these championships would not be possible. Without our corporate partner support and dedication to high school sports, we could not provide our athletes with premier facilities.
Our state qualifiers are members of the 400+ schools that represent the LHSAA. What an honor it is to be representing and supporting one of these schools. Congratulations to the LHSAA teams, coaches, and officials that have worked tirelessly to get to this prestigious event.
In closing, let us all be mindful of the opportunities we are all blessed with today and enjoy the spirit of sport with respect and integrity. We can do this by remaining positive and displaying good sportsmanship. Enjoy the games!
Sincerely,
Eddie Bonine Karen Hoyt LHSAA Executive Director LHSAA Assistant Executive Director
