Talent Sourcing
Fernanda Diaz Career Centre Manager, Financial Economics Track
In this constantly changing and global work environment, how can you target and attract the talent that best meets your specific recruiting needs and will contribute to the future performance of your company? This generation of graduating students is a very diverse population, with unique desires for their future career; what is the best way to identify and attract those future leaders that best fit your organisation and can help you achieve your future projects? We, at EDHEC, believe that helping you source the talent that fits your organisational needs is an important part of the value that we can add to your recruiting process. This is one of the reasons that we have a specialised team that is dedicated to facilitate the selection and recruitment of our students or newly graduated alumni, as well as helping you raise the profile of your corporate brand towards your target population. This brochure represents our solutions to “your talent sourcing” challenges for 2013-2014. Our hope is that either you participate in one of our existing talent sourcing programmes, or you work with us to develop a tailor-made programme that fits your talent sourcing needs.

FOR AND WITH THE COMPANY The company is at the heart of the educational programme. Learning Partnership Invest in EDHEC’s pedagogy
Corporate Programme Sponsor Become a corporate partner in your field of expertise
The learning partnership is an original educational format, through which a tandem teacher-business partnership “co-produces” a programme based on real business needs. Real educational partnership with EDHEC, the company can talk to a targeted audience and modulate its involvement through Bachelor and/or Master electives.
By sponsoring one of the 11 MSc specialisations, you have a unique opportunity to raise awareness of your company amongst your target student population. www.edhec.com/cps

Our participation in the Academic Programme is an opportunity to share our expertise and create a long-lasting relationship with EDHEC students and faculty. Donating companies can contribute to financing a research and development chair, the fund for the support to our entrepreneurs (incubator), the efforts of the school to expand internationally and the merit scholarships with the EDHEC4AII programme promoting cultural and social diversity. Major projects have emerged: the Family Business Centre, the NewGen Talent Centre and the Bonduelle Chair in marketing. About twenty start-ups have been created and the EDHEC4AII scholarship programme, solely funded by donations, has funded nearly 200 grants in the 2011/2012 academic year.
