Based in Kirby, Wyoming (population: 90), Wyoming Whiskey has a simple goal: to create America’s next great bourbon. The company and product is a collaboration between its partners and 97,818 square miles of Wyoming. The Mead family first came to Wyoming as ranchers in 1890 and the state defines them, and their whiskey. They use the finest corn, wheat, barley, and water from the BigHorn Basin and promote Wyoming’s natural and human resources. Every drop of this bourbon is 100% Wyoming. Wyoming Whiskey celebrated its 10th Anniversary on Dec. 1, 2022!

Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. Its mash bill was developed by bourbon hall of famer and WW founding distiller, Steve Nally (formerly of Maker’s Mark)

• COLOR: dark amber

• NOSE: floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding

• PALATE: floral with brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon

• MOUTHFEEL: light and smooth with vanilla bean and cinnamon spice filling the mouth cavity, hint of mint

• FINISH: medium length finish with toffee. Spice and vanilla fade.

2 oz WW Small Batch Bourbon .25 oz Lemon Juice Juice 1 Dash Angostura Bitters Ginger Beer

Served on the rocks in a Double Old-Fashioned glass. Add all ingredients into Old-Fashioned glass over ice and stir. Fill the glass with ginger beer. Garnish with a Lemon wedge.

2oz WW Small Batch Bourbon 1 bar spoon maple syrup 2 dashes (orange or angostura) bitters 1 luxardo cherry 1 ½ slice of an orange wheel.

In an old fashioned glass place orange slice, cherry, bitters, maple syrup and lightly muddle these ingredients. Add a large ice cube and bourbon. Stir until chilled.
