Brady Jensen Kansas

Brady Jensen resides in Courtland, KS with his wife, Allie and two daughters, Kelly and Kirbe. He currently serves as a Beef Regional Manager with ST Genetics and represents KS, NE, CO, WY, and MT. Previously he was on faculty at South Dakota State University from 2017-2022 and served as a Lecturer and the livestock judging team coach. Brady completed a master’s degree at Kansas State in Animal Science, focusing on the genetic component of feet and leg structure in Red Angus cattle. Before graduate school, Brady attended and judged competitively at Butler Community College and Kansas State University where he was awarded All-American status at both levels. In his collegiate coaching career he has been on the coaching staff for 3 High Individuals at the national contest in Louisville and coached the 2021 Reserve National Champion Team. Currently, Brady and Allie assist the family seedstock operation, Jensen Brothers Herefords in Courtland, KS.

Ryan Rathman Texas

Dr. Ryan Rathmann, Lubbock, Texas is an assistant professor in animal science at Texas Tech University. He received his bachelor’s degree in animal science, a master’s degree in beef cattle reproduction from Texas A&M University and his doctorate in ruminant nutrition from Texas Tech University. Rathmann has coached the Texas Tech livestock judging team and under his leadership, his livestock judging teams garnered seven national championships in eight years he has coached, three at Texas A&M and four at Texas Tech. He is the all-time winningest coach in the 100-plus-year history of collegiate livestock judging. In addition, Rathmann has coached four national champion meat animal evaluation teams at Texas Tech. He coordinates judging and leadership activities for 4-H and FFA students and also serves as a livestock judge at livestock events both internationally and domestically. His family includes wife, Kayla, and their daughters Kinlee and Karlee.

DAN & KYLA FAWCETT SOUTH DAKOTA Showmanship

Dan & Kyla Fawcett along with their two kids, Hollis and Ivy reside on their families ranch, Fawcett’s Elm Creek Ranch south of Ree Heights, South Dakota, Dan is the fourth generation on the ranch. Fawcett’s calve around 1,200 head of Registered Hereford and Angus and background 1,500-2,000 head. They have an annual bull sale in February selling 100+ bulls, registered and commercial Hereford replacement females and F1 baldy females, along with a fall female sale selling elite show heifer and donor prospects in October. Fawcett’s have been humbly successful in the show ring winning such shows as the National Western Stock Show, American Royal, Hereford Junior Nationals, Cattlemen’s Congress, NAILE and numerous state and regional shows. Dan & Kyla also own and operate Focus Marketing Group, Inc., a full service livestock marketing company and Green Valley Bulldogs where they raise English and French bulldogs. Kyla also has a small online boutique, Jean’s Attic. Dan & Kyla are excited to be judging the showmanship contest at Maine-Anjou junior national.
