Call #377 from a cell phone or 780-423-4567 from a landline when your situation doesn’t require immediate response. This includes suspicious persons, stolen vehicles and thefts over $5,000. You can also call #377 if you need advice on how to proceed with reporting a crime or have general questions about policing.

If a crime is in progress or the situation is lifethreatening, call 911 immediately. An operator will determine if you require police, fire or an ambulance.
