I
n the heart of Ortigas Center lies an almost inconspicuous Italian bar and restaurant within Edsa Shangri-La. Known to
many as the place for delicious and authentic Italian fare in this side of the metro, Paparazzi takes the Italian dining experience up a notch with its very own barrel-aged Negroni cocktail. If you find the Negroni a bit strong for your taste, don’t be quick to dismiss its barrel-aged, enhanced version. The Negroni, as it is, is known for its punchy, bitter tang. When barrel-aged, the process then mellows down the sharp tones of the gin and Campari concoction. A woody, nutty flavor is picked up from the oak over time, resulting into a smooth, deeper taste. Definitely a must-try.

Lower your body by bending your arms. Go down until your shoulders are below your elbows at the bottom. Rise up. Lift your body back up to the starting position by straightening your arms. You can do this convenient move on a chair, bench, or the floor.

Start in a low plank with elbows under shoulders and toes tucked. Pike hips and drive right knee forward. Return hips and foot to starting position. Repeat with left knee.
