All text is set in the font Georgia. The font size is 9 point and the leading is 11 point. By typing the address (maximum of five lines) aligned to the left-hand which is 25mm, it will fit within the window of the envelope. The date is aligned to the left-hand margin above the address. The salutation is positioned right above the first fold of the letter so that the receiver will see their name before unfolding the letter. The body of the letter occupies the middle of the sheet and the right-hand margin is 30mm. Complimentary close, name of sender and title are positioned right after the second fold of the letter.
