Why is it mandatory to use the EF medical and travel insurance? EF’s insurance is made exclusively for our students, to make sure they are covered in case of medical issues, theft, loss of luggage or civil liability. EF staff will be able to help you with your claim.
Is my flight included? Flight costs aren’t included in the price (with the exception of our group trips or special promotions for students of our Language Year Abroad program) but we are happy to book your flights for you.
When can I buy my flight and for which dates? Once your course is confirmed you can request a quote at xxx@ef.com or reserve it yourself at www. ef.com.xx/xxx.
When will I find out the details of my accommodation? These will be published on MyEF 6 to 10 days before the start of your course.
When will I get my class schedule? You’ll receive your schedule at your EF school, on the first day of your course. This will also depend on the language level obtained in your placement test.
Who will pick me up from the airport? A member of staff with an EF sign. We ask that you wait up to 45 minutes, as there are many students arriving on the same day. If you’re still waiting after 45 minutes, you can call the emergency number.
Where can I find the emergency number? You can find this on MyEF in the School Info section – it’ll be posted the Thursday before your course begins.
