Que: JOJO RABBIT Donde: CINES Para quienes: Amantes de la tragedia disfrazada de humor Publicado por: Joky Laguna NOTA: 6 La originalidad es algo que cada vez valoramos más en una película. Estamos saturados de las mismas historias contadas una y otra vez de distinta forma. Es difícil sorprendernos y hasta los giros de guion finales, ya empiezan a ser habituales y poco novedosos. El planteamiento de #JojoRabbit en sus primeras escenas ya nos hace una declaración de intenciones de que no va a ser otra película de las “habituales”. Nos encontramos en los últimos años de la IIGM y Jojo se apunta a un campamento de las juventudes hitlerianas que le hará ser un auténtico nazi mata-judios. Le acompaña su excéntrico amigo imaginario, que no es otro que el fuhrer, quien le anima e insufla aliento para cumplir con todos los elementos que le harán ser el alemán perfecto. No es la primera vez que el cine usa la risa para contarnos episodios trágicos de la historia. De hecho ya #LaVidaEsBella o #TropicThunder lo hacían. Pero #TaikaWaititi no solo se ríe, sino que ridiculiza y parodia el fascismo alemán.Y nos lo explica de una manera pedagógica y amena. Hace una película notable, divertida y que nos tocará la fibra sensible. Pone grandes dosis de humor que disfrazan el drama que relata, con una gran delicadeza pero sin olvidar ridiculizar y criticar una ideología enterrada (¿o no?). El guion hace aguas por muchos lados y la línea temporal es imprecisa. Incongruencias varias jalonan los 100 minutos. Pero quizá debamos enmarcarlo en ese tono de parodia ridícula. La madre de Jojo en una estupenda #ScarletJohanson es el complemento a un casting ideal: #SamRockwell, #RebelWilson o el mismo director como el hilarante Hitler. INGREDIENTES (x 4 personas) 16 bizcochos savoiardi o de soletilla 200 ml de cerveza negra tipo porter o stout 3 huevos 6 cucharadas de azúcar 200 gr mascarpone 1 vaina de vainilla chocolate negro sal PREPARACIÓN Montar las claras a punto de nieve con una pizca de sal y reservar. Batir las yemas, la mitad del azúcar y las semillas de la vainilla hasta que

tengan textura de crema y reservar. Batir el mascarpone con la otra mitad del azúcar y mezclar con las yemas. Después, incorporar poco a poco las claras montadas y mezclar con cuidado para que la mezcla quede ligera. Reservar en la nevera. Colocar una capa fina de la crema en el fondo del molde. Seguir con una de bizcochos previamente mojados en la cerveza. Después, otra capa de crema y un poco de chocolate rallado. Repetir el proceso. Enfriar en la nevera un mínimo de 3 horas antes de consumir.

INGREDIENTS 45 ml of tequila 1 lager beer (bottle) 30 ml triple sec Juice of half lime Ice cubes
PREPARACIÓN En la coctelera colocamos el hielo, el tequila, el triple sec y el jugo de media lima. Agitamos y servimos en una copa margarita. Abrimos la botella de cerveza y rápidamente la colocamos (boca abajo) en la copa. Con esta acción, una parte de la cerveza se mezclará con el contenido preparado; el resto irá bajando de a poco por la presión e irá saliendo según consumimos la mezcla.
