Mixed-use Building that consists of a 4-floor retail podium, and two 8-floor apartment towers. Designed with the approach of Integra ng Inner and Outer spaces to achieve a dis nc ve and effec ve design. The extensive inner-courtyard at the center of the building acts as an orienta on of vista, source of natural ligh ng. The contras ng func ons of retail and apartment are separated ver cally, with the 4th floor as the threshold between private and public area. The 4th

Grade: A A 24-floor high-rise building designed for McKinsey & Company. The main issues are how to design an efficient floor to be rented, parking capacity, and building aesthe cs. The building was designed with the concept according to the nature of McKinsey’s work, which is the interrela on between so -skills and hard-skills. The lobby was designed to be very spacious to accommodate the high intensity of users. The main lobby also hosts a coffee bar with lounge sofa to facilitate brief socializing and res ng. FUTURISTIC PARANGTRITIS BEACH RESORT IN YOGYAKARTA Academic | Final Project | 2017 Studio Lecturer: Prof. Ir. Tarcicius Yoyok Wahyu Subroto, M.Eng., Ph.D. Grade: A
An exclusive, high-end, futuris c resort located on top of a hill, looking over the famous Parangtri s Beach of Yogyakarta. The objec ve was to incorporate cultural value in a futuris c way to ensure its sustainability. The design proposes an extreme nature-admira on experience by making a curved-bridging architecture that hosts resort units. Designed based on the concept of Prominence, The design puts dierent cultural representa ons as the highlight of the design’s main spots. In rela on to
technology, the technology is a media to accentuate and represent cultural visualiza on. Walking through the lobby, visitors are welcomed by automa c video of Gamelan on LED walls. TAMAN BUDAYA-BENTENG VREDEBURGTAMAN PINTAR PUBLIC SPACE Academic | Post Architecture Excursion Project | 2017 A team project of 11 members. Contributed as project leader, in conceptualizing, designing, 3D transforma on, and presenta on at Wiswakharman Expo 2017
Culture as a part of Yogyakarta iden ty is felt strongly in the cultural complex of Taman Budaya, Benteng Vredeburg, and Taman Pintar. This complex with the element of History, Culture, and Educa on is not integrated as a whole, therefore our team proposed a way to integrate the complex by designing an extensive public space that dissolves any boundary in the complex and genera ng more ac vi es to create a vibrant development. Taman Budaya Yogyakarta is redesigned into a
cultural center that a racts people, and able to accommodate various cultural events. Making the ďŹ rst oor a public space, the facade of the building has gradual transparency from the top to the bo om. The proposed Taman Pintar is a compact building mass unifying func ons that were previously separated into several building masses. It encourages a more eďŹƒcient system, and creates an open space to accommodate outdoor ac vi es.

on Entry | Universitas Diponegoro | 2017 Collaborators: Edwin Salim, M. Nu’man Mu aqi, Fathin Sabbiha W. ,Dhia Khairunnisa
In the future full of technological and industrial advancements, it was projected that many people in Jakarta, the most developed metropolis in Indonesia, will be more secular and exposed to greater stress of daily rou ne. In such period, people need to be encouraged to find haven and refuge from daily hardships at a mosque.
skin is made of mechanized ver cal louvres which allows ligh ng and air to enter the building. The louvres also create drama c shadow effects in the building. The mosque harvests rainwater to be used for ablu on and landscape. The roof surface uses curved photovoltaic panels to convert energy from sun rays to electrical energy.
The design proposed a futuris c, self-sufficient mosque that incorporates greeneries, water bodies, and natural light into the design. The whole building

CN HOUSE IN PONTIANAK Independent Project | Design Proposal | 2016 Schema c Design Proposal Located in a 12 x 20 m site, a part of a housing complex, this family home was designed to priori ze and op mize indoor spaces. The design included indoor garden as the center of living. Beneficial as a source of natural ligh ng, the indoor garden also creates fresh and natural atmosphere in the house. The house was designed with simple rigid frame structure with the maximum column span of 4 meters to minimize construc on expense. There is also a big void space that connects the first and second floor and allows good air circula on from the inner court to every part of inner space.

AMANAH BANJARMASIN HOSPITAL Professional Work | PT Global Rancang Selaras | 2019 Principal Architects: Wahju Wulandari & Adi Utomo H. Architects: Arkhan, Pancar Madyo, Edwin Salim Renders: GRS 3D Department Schema c Design Phase
Amanah Hospital by Amanah Group in Banjarmasin plans to deliver cancer treatments, eye center, and internal organs treatments as their center of excellences. In the site area of 6547 sqm, the hospital will consist of 5 levels of central medics podium, 2 levels of wards, and 6 layers of split-level parking building (up to current design). Because the site is located on a peat land which has lower structural support, it was decided that there will be no basement. Since the site has a short street-facing side, it was decided that the main public drop-off
will be located on the second floor, while the emergency drop-off will be located on the first floor. This design strategy ensures that the emergency drop-off and the main fully-glazed lobby are prominently posi oned on the street-facing building facade. Another highlighted aspect in this hospital design is the incorpora on of local Banjar ethnic pa ern, and the curving double facade to so en the faces of the building envelope.

Cahaya Husada Hospital aspired to be one of the most prominent C-grade hospitals in Gresik, East Java. HOLY SPIRIT CATHOLIC CHURCH KEBONARUM, SLEMAN Professional Work | PT Global Rancang Selaras | 2019 Principal Architects: Wahju Wulandari, Adi Utomo H. Architects: Amrih Setyobudi, Edwin Salim Renders: GRS 3D Department Corporate Social Responsibility
A pro bono design project by PT Global Rancang Selaras, Kebonarum Catholic Church is an aged exis ng church building that is unable to meet spa al requirement for ever increasing church members. In big celebra on period such as Easter and Christmas, the community used the public street area as an extension of the church, where they would install a temporary tent to shelter an array of chairs throughout the masses. This condi on prompted the community board to develop a development masterplan which includes
the func ons of a new church building, a mul purpose hall building, priests’ residence, and a community parish office. The masterplan will be constructed in three separated phases in the order of building a churchpriests’ residence-mul purpose hall building. The masterplan ensured that the construc on of many different func ons are well-integrated and complementary to each other, despite being built at different periods of me.

MARGANINGSIH CATHOLIC CHURCH IN KALASAN, SLEMAN Professional Work | PT Global Rancang Selaras | 2018 Principal Architects: Wahju Wulandari, Adi Utomo H. Architects: Amrih Setyobudi, Edwin Salim Renders: GRS 3D Department Design Proposal
A new, bigger church building is needed to serve the growing number of church members. The old Marganingsih church is deemed outdated and insuďŹƒcient to handle a big number of members who come to the weekly masses, and varia ons of nonliturgical ac vi es. Therefore, a modern, energyeďŹƒcient church is proposed to be the new religious icon and the center of Pan Rini Hospital and the school in the complex. The new design is a modern-minimalist church with
large praying hall to ensure spa al comfort for 1400+ people and to create a sense of Godly presence because of the monumental propor on. The high ceiling of the praying hall and numerous openings on the walls allow good cross-ven la on and natural ligh ng, hence reducing the usage of ar ďŹ cial ligh ng and air-condi oning. Universal design principles were implemented in the design, which ensures all members, including the disabled, pregnant, and elderly members to access all parts of the church and par cipate op mally.
