Donovan Wylie: Vision as Power
In 2007 Alex Ross wrote the seminal book The Rest Is Noise – listening to the Twentieth Century. Throughout 2013 the Southbank Centre bring the book alive, with nearly 100 concerts, performances, films, talks and debates.
Created by Athol Fugard, John Kani and Winston Ntshona during the apartheid era, The Island is inspired by true stories from South Africa’s notorious Robben Island.
