Super location, super home I am often asked what the difference is between a home and a Super Home. Size does of course make a difference, but size alone does not put the ‘Super’ into Super Home. A beautiful setting is indeed a key contributor, however, the shape and form of the actual building irrespective of the style of architecture, is fudamentally where the Super Home accolade is won or lost. When such a title has been achieved, even our great English language is found wanting, being replaced with a simple WOW, In March House, we believe we have created a beautiful home in which to live and entertain. March House is a Super Home for the 21st Century. Its owners, returning home each evening, will enter through its gated entrance and say ‘WOW, we are home!’ Ian Hughes - Founder, Hush Developments

Welcome to St George’s Hill St George’s Hill 1912-2014
Nestled within 964 acres of glorious Surrey countryside, St George’s Hill was originally built by the master craftsman W. G. Tarrant, to his vision of creating a gentlemen’s refuge for captains of industry on London’s doorstep. It is comforting to know the same vision still exists today, one that is closely guarded by the Residents Association, who care deeply about the estate, ensuring that high standards are maintained for future generations. Passing through the security gates at the entrance of the estate, you are transported into a leafy oasis in the heart of Surrey, surrounded by beautiful old trees and quietly hidden from the outside world. Naturally, access is restricted, so entering feels like you’ve been given the key to a very special place. What’s to come does not disappoint.
