The following is required to enable us to publish your images. Each image should have a separate template unless there are several images referred to in a single subcategory. Images/ Videos appearing in this section are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication at http://www.efsumb.atlas.org with a tag to the EFSUMB Atlas website. Copyright: Original images should be submitted (with patient’s identity removed) but if an image has been previously published the responsibility is on the authors to ask the publishers for permission to use it. As with other information on the EFSUMB website, EFSUMB is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it. However, the material may be utilised for academic teaching and non profit purposes provided that EFSUMB is acknowledged as the source of the material.
Submission: Images / Movies are submitted via Dropbox or Mailbigfile in a single directory. Format: Images should not contain more information than listed above, while formats like DICOM should be avoided. Text: The text should not be subdivided and should include the key point of the image.

HOW TO SEND YOUR DATA TO EFSUMB
MAILBIGFILE To send your completed submission templates, images and videos, please group them and save them ZIPPED in a clearly labelled folder and visit http://www.efsumb.org/bigmailfile/index.asp to send your folder directly to EFSUMB. Please do not send individual files as it is important all data for each individual entry into the Atlas is retained together to avoid confusion.
DROPBOX If you wish to upload your data entries to EFSUMB via our shared DROPBOX, please email the EFSUMB webmaster at EFSUMB@kosmos-design.co.uk to request a sharing invite. Please group all completed submission templates, images and videos and save them ZIPPED in a clearly labelled folder. Once you receive your invitation from EFSUMB to join the Dropbox you can easily upload the ZIPPED folder to the Dropbox.
IMAGE / VIDEO FORMAT ACCEPTED The database system accepts GIF and JPEG only but we can process most image formats you send e.g. JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, TIFF to produce the files ready for online viewing. Please send the maximum size possible so we can use the best quality images. For video formats, please send any video files you have and we will convert them and upload to the EFSUMB YouTube channel for use within the Atlas.
