SUPPORT SERVICES SALES AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF COOPERATION Via a contract the parent company undertakes: 1. Systematic training and advanced education The parent company will be responsible for two-level education: ďƒź Businesmann (Franchisee) It is about the education both in the management and proper organization of a business specialized in medical and orthopedic products and topics about training for each product separately and needs every product called to satisfy. ďƒź Human resources The staff in the shop with the name MEDICAL SHOP would be selected by the unanimous decision of both the licensee and the General Manager of the parent company. After the selection will follow theoretical and practical training both in matters concerning the products and sales. o
PRODUCTS: An appropriate manual will be formed with the products that the franchisee will market with detailed technical information and utilitarian characteristics.
