Lunch:

11 am-4 pm Daily “What else could we do except start off the morning with some beignets?” he said.“With real café au lait, the chicory coffee from New Orleans. Then at lunchtime, we expand our menu to have everything from grilled, 100% ground beef cheeseburgers with wonderful fries... to one of the most popular items at Dockside, which is our fish, chicken, or shrimp tacos. Those are wonderful too. You’ll love that.” Speaking of shrimp, “For our fried shrimp basket, we source local shrimp right here in the area,” says Chef Ernie, “and we fry it up fresh for you. As well as my number one seller, which is our fried catfish platter. Boy, I tell you what, that fish just melts in your mouth!” Chef Ernie’s welcomes the general public to come and dine for breakfast and lunch every day of the week. Also, be sure to ask about catering options for your next private event. View Chef Ernie’s Full Breakfast and Lunch Menus at www.eglinlife.com/golf
