What you Need To Know Wednesday, February 27 5 - 7 pm Do you struggle when it comes to basic car maintenance? You’re not alone - Auto Hobby is here to help! Join them for a new class, Car Basics: What You Need To Know. A short in-class session will be followed by hands-on learning in the shop. Learn how to identify different auto parts and systems, check and adjust tire pressure, and talk to an Auto Shop about issues and repairs. Participants will change a tire, check and replace fluids, and jump-start a car, so please wear closed-toe shoes. No experience is preferred! Space is limited, call Auto Hobby to reserve your spot. • Operation CCAF Completion
Third Thursday of every month | 8 - 10 am
The Eglin Education Center wants to help you complete your CCAF degree! Join them for a briefing every third Thursday of the month at the Education Center (Bldg 251, Room 111). They’ll review degree requirements and can help address any specific questions. Come compete in our 3-point shoot! All ballers are invited to put up their best shots at the "March Madness" 3-Point Shootout, happening on the basketball courts in the main Eglin Fitness Center. • Indoor Bouldering Trip
Join Eglin Outdoor Recreation for a visit to Rock Out Climbing Gym in Destin. Rock Out is a premier indoor rock climbing facility that provides adventurers a place to seek new challenges, socialize with other active people, and enjoy an amazing workout - all while having fun. This two-hour scheduled event starts with departure time from the Eglin Outdoor Rec Center at Postl Point. The trip costs $10, and round trip transportation is included.
