Movie Nights at Postl Point Fridays | 7 pm

Enjoy outdoor movies at Postl Point on Friday nights! Parking will accommodate up to 50 vehicles per show. Admission is FREE and open to all Eglin personnel and family members. One-Day Get Golf Ready!

Saturday, July 10 | 9 am - 2:30 pm Develop your golf skills in less than a day! The Eglin Golf Course presents "Get Golf Ready!"—a fast-paced Saturday golf lesson for beginners or those who need a refresher.

Topics of instruction include putting and chipping, using the right clubs, golf course etiquette and the rules of the game. Each lesson can accommodate up to six participants, and the cost is $70 per person with lunch included.

The Eglin Library invites readers of all ages to participate in its annual Summer Reading Program! All ages are eligible to earn incentives for reaching reading goals. In addition to participating in the program, Library patrons are encouraged to be creative, try new things, explore art and find beauty in diversity with fun take-home activities! Practice with Purpose Start your Week with a Swing!

Select Mondays | 4 - 6 pm

Calling all junior golfers - start your week with a swing at the Eglin Golf Course! Drop by the driving range and practice with purpose between 4 and 6 p.m. on select Mondays this summer. Denise Kafferly will be there to help! Upcoming dates are June 14, 21 and 28.

The cost is $10 per session, and participants must pay in the Pro Shop and show their receipts to participate. Contact the Pro Shop for more information. (850) 882-2949

Eglin Trials Wednesday, June 23 | 3:30 pm

Challenge yourself among your peers at the Eglin Fitness Center’s Eglin Trials! This competition involves three components: pushing a vehicle, flipping a log and sprinting to the finish line. The competition will be held at the Fitness Field House and is open to all with base access over the age of 18. Water and Gatorade will be provided, and prizes will be awarded to the top competitors.
