Tai Chi for Health Classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
The Eglin Fitness Center can help you practice meditation in motion with its new Tai Chi for Health classes! Classes meet at the Physical Training Facility, Bldg 720. HIIT Camp 2.0
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 12 pm Take on a new challenge with the Eglin Fitness Center's HIIT Camp 2.0! Known as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), these fast-paced, effective workouts will help you get in shape, train hard-earned muscles, build endurance and boost your metabolism and heart health while burning calories. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Field House Pavilion and are limited to 10 participants. Classes are not held on weekends or holidays. Anyone with base access is welcome to attend, and participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis. (850) 882-6223

Enjoy outdoor movies at Postl Point on Friday nights! Parking will accommodate up to 50 vehicles per show. Admission is FREE and open to all Eglin personnel and family members. One-Day Get Golf Ready! Saturday, July 10 | 9 am - 2:30 pm
Develop your golf skills in less than a day! The Eglin Golf Course presents "Get Golf Ready!"—a fast-paced Saturday golf lesson for beginners or those who need a refresher. Topics of instruction include putting and chipping, using the right clubs, golf course etiquette and the rules of the game. Each lesson can accommodate up to six participants, and the cost is $70 per person with lunch included. Contact the Pro Shop to register. (850) 882-2949
LPGA 101: Women’s Golf Intro July 12, 14, 19 & 21 | 5:30 - 7 pm
The Eglin Golf Course offers a four-class introduction to golf designed for women, by women! Your LGPA professional will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to get on the course. Take the first step to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf. Cost is $100 per player for the six-hour program, and the program is limited to 12 participants. Contact the Pro Shop for more information and registration. (850) 882-2949
Mid-Summer 106 Classic Saturday, July 17 | 8 am Shotgun Start
Take part in the Eglin Golf Course's 2021 Mid-Summer 106 Classic! The tournament is in four-person best-ball format with the best 1 on par-5s, best 2 on par-4s and best 3 on par-3s. The cost is $30 for Gold AGF, $40 for Silver AGF and $50 for non-AGF; cost includes green fees, cart fees, range balls, lunch and prizes. Contact the Pro Shop to register. (850) 882-2949
