Registration for Youth Soccer, Flag Football, and Cheerleading is open now through Aug. 17 at the Eglin Youth Center, available Monday-Friday from noon to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $50 per child, or $100 per family. Soccer players must be age 5 prior to Aug. 28, and under age 14 prior to Nov. 4. Flag Football players must be age 6 prior to Aug. 28, and under age 12 prior to Nov. 4. Cheerleaders must be age 5 prior to Aug. 28, and under age 14 prior to Nov. 4. Player evaluations for ages 9 and above will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21 for Soccer players on Field 4, and at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23 for Flag Football players on Field 1. Practices begin Tuesday, Aug. 28, with games played every Saturday from Sep. 15 to Nov. 3 at either Eglin or Hurlburt.
