Harry Potter "Yule Ball"
Friday, December 21 | 3 - 5 pm
You're invited to a Harry Potter-themed "Yule Ball" presented by the Eglin Digital Library. Stop in for a spell to enjoy holiday games, crafts, music, food, and plenty of wizarding fun! Costumes are highly encouraged for the occasion. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE; no registration required. WinterFest! FREE Holiday Fun
Tuesday, December 18 | 5 - 7 pm | The Bayview All Team Eglin personnel and families are invited to The Bayview for WinterFest! — an evening of FREE indoor holiday festivities and activities for the kids, outdoor rides, and $4,000 in prize drawings. The holiday fun will also feature a free hors d'oeuvre buffet and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Winners of Eglin's 2018 Organizational Greeting Card Contest will be announced and cash awards presented at 5:30 p.m. We hope to see you there!

• Chef Ernie's Holiday Catering Menus & Turkey & Sides To Go
Chef Ernie's catered dining is sure to make your holiday season a delicious one. Catered selections include buffet and plated dining, as well as a complete Fried Turkey with Sides To Go Family Meal. Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to pick up time. For pick up orders, Chef Ernie's will be open until noon on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and every day in between. Coaches Meeting: Tuesday, Nov 20 • Players Sign Up (LOI's Due) by Dec 11 Season Starts: Tuesday, January 8
Players interested in participating in Eglin's Intramural Cross Country season should sign up at the Main Fitness Center. Contact the Fitness Center staff at 850-882-6028, or your unit's sports rep to get involved. All active duty, Guard, Reserve, DoD civilians, contractors and dependents over the age of 18 are welcome to participate in intramural sport seasons. Participants must be assigned to or affiliated with units on Eglin AFB. A coaches meeting will be held at the Fitness Annex (Bldg 843). Fitness Center | 850-882-6223
• Archery Tag
Friday • November 30 | 4 pm
Archery Tag is played with bows and patented foam-tipped arrows. This exciting, action-packed game offers the ultimate family-friendly experience that engages everyone. Two 5-player teams play opposite one another with a "safe zone" in between. Each team's objectives are to hit the opposing team members, to knock out the opposing team's five disc targets, and to defend their own targets and players. Air Force Pump Track Tour Coming to Eglin
Sunday • December 16 | 1 - 4 pm Bicycle, skateboard and scooter riders are invited to check out the Pump Track Tour coming to Eglin's Outdoor Rec's parking lot. Some bicycles, skateboards and scooters will be available for use. Riders are welcome to bring their own and don't forget your helmet. The event is free and the track will be open to all ages with riding skill. There will be a drawing to give away a bicycle, a skateboard, and a scooter! 850-882-5058
"Jingle Bell" Fun Run
Friday • December 14 | 7 am Start
The Eglin Fitness Center invites all base personnel to Eglin's first 5K "Jingle Bell" Fun Run. The run's show time is 6:30 a.m. at the CE Pavilion on Cypress Road, with a 7 a.m. start time. Participants are welcome to wear holiday attire. Event is FREE and open to everyone with authorized base access. First 30 to sign up at the Main Fitness Center receive a free t-shirt. Top male and female runners will receive a prize. 850-882-6223
December 8 - 9 | Tee Times Start 7 am
All military or DoD Civilian ID cardholders are invited to play in Eglin’s Club Championship. To be the Club Champion, golfers must compete in the Black Tee Division - open to all ages and HDCPs. Other Divisions include the Gold Tee - Open Division (54 and under), Gold Tee - Senior Division (55-64), Silver Tee - Super Senior Division (65+) and the Green Tee - Ladies Division. Divisions should have a minimum of 12 players to qualify for the full $500 AGF Credit. Winners will be chosen by gross score. Division Winners, except the Gold Tee Open Division, will be awarded a $500 voucher towards a new or renewed AGF Membership, a trophy, a designated parking spot (valid for 1 year), and their name on the Champion’s Board. Players must have a valid USGA GHIN handicap or will play as a scratch golfer. Eglin Golf Course | 850-882-2949
