12 Jolly Days of Giveaways! Dec. 3 - 14 New Prize Every Day!
Eglin Life is here to spread holiday cheer with the 12 Jolly Days of Giveaways! From Thursday, Dec. 3 to Monday, Dec. 14, we are giving away over $3,500 in prizes to 12 lucky winners. Each day on our Facebook page, we will post a different question at 10 a.m. that hints to that day's prize. All you have to do is comment with your answer by 4 p.m. to be entered to win. Virtual Jingle Bell Jog 5K Dec. 18 - 21

Whether you love running marathons or prefer a leisurely stroll, get moving during the holidays with the Virtual Jingle Bell Jog 5K! The first 25 participants will get a t-shirt, and everyone who participates is entered in a holiday ham giveaway! Participating in a virtual race is a cakewalk. First, register through the Eglin Fitness Center by stopping by or calling (850) 882-6223. Next, walk or run the 5K wherever you want and use a stopwatch or exercise-tracking app to record your time. Last, post a picture of you and your 5K completion time to the Fitness Center’s Facebook page by 12 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21. If you cannot post your picture on Facebook, then email your submission to A1C Glazier (liliana.glazier@us.af.mil).

RecOn Indoor Shooting Range Trip Dec. 12 | 7:50 a.m. or 10:50 a.m.
Eglin Outdoor Recreation is excited to visit Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting & Sport, the Florida Panhandle's newest and most modern indoor shooting range! Participants will each receive a pistol and 100 rounds of ammunition to use at their leisure, and the trip includes 1-hour each of instruction and lane time with two private instructors. Outdoor Rec has reserved the Pistol Range featuring ten 15-yard shooting lanes. Cost is $25 per person. Participants must be at least 13 years old and must wear closed-toed shoes and t-shirts; no spaghetti straps, tank tops or similar. Participants may provide their own transportation to the Emerald Coast Indoor Shooting Range (685 Valparaiso Pkwy, Valparaiso, FL). Arrival time is 7:50 a.m. Register now at Outdoor Rec. Ugly Sweater Shuffle Dec. 19 | 9 a.m. Shotgun Start
The Eglin Golf Course invites you to put on your holiday worst and get in on the competition at the Ugly Christmas Sweater Shuffle! All golfers must have a current USGA Handicap to play. Play is two-person 6-6-6 tournament format on the Falcon course with 50% of the team’s total handicap. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers — and to the ugliest sweater! Entry fees are $30 for Gold AGF Members, $40 for Silver AGF Members, and $50 for Non-Members & Guests. Entry fee includes cart fees, green fees, range balls, prizes and lunch following play.
