No convenience fees are charged when purchasing tickets in person at the EKU Center box office. A $3.50 order fee will be assessed on all orders, regardless of purchase method. REFUND POLICY - All ticket sales are final and may not be refunded or exchanged, unless an event is canceled or a date changed. TICKETS PURCHASED BY THIRD PARTIES - Etix is the only official ticket provider of the EKU Center. Other websites and phone services are operated by third party, unauthorized ticket resellers who charge substantially more than the face value of the tickets, for tickets that may even be stolen or counterfeit. CHILDREN, FAMILIES & INFANTS - Due to fire code, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. This includes infants. Our box office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances. DOORS & SEATING - Lobby doors and box office open approximately 90 minutes prior to the announced show time. The Grand Hall doors open 45 minutes prior to most performances. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of management during an appropriate pause in the program. TICKET MAILING & WILL CALL - Ticket orders received less than 10 days before the performance will be emailed or held at will call. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the start time of the performance to pick up will call tickets. Tickets will only be released to the patron who ordered the tickets unless prior notice is given to the box office of your designee. Photo ID may be required.
