Detroit’s Roosevelt Park, a formerly blighted 100-year-old park, is now transformed into a stunning community space serving as the “front lawn” to Michigan Central Station’s campus. Connecting two of Detroit’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Mexicantown and Corktown, the 13-acre project was made possible thanks to $5 million in funding from the American Rescue Plan Act.
