THE ELDERS TEAM IS PLEASED TO PRESENT THE MARCH EDITION OF ESTATES MAGAZINE.
The Rural Property market in Australia is showing resilience as prices remain firm for most areas despite dry conditions persisting in most of Southern Australia. Our team is fielding enquiry and well-presented properties in tightly held areas remain in demand.
At the time of publication there is a great deal of economic uncertainty as the new US Administration attempts to impose tariffs to tilt US trading relationships in their favour, and provide incentives for industry to re-establish in America.
Commodity and financial markets do not like uncertainty as it erodes confidence. During these times investors will look for asset classes that are more capital secure and less likely to be prone to volatility due to external factors.
Australian farmland is a long duration, capital secure asset class. Farmland produces food and fibre that, while may at times experience some price volatility, is underpinned by the need for people to eat and clothe themselves. This makes rural land a good inflation hedge which has been demonstrated over recent years.
The range of properties in this edition of Estates shows the breadth of opportunities across the country. Our team of property experts work closely with our vendors to ensure that their properties are presented to the market in a professional and expertly managed sales process.
Enjoy this edition of Estates, we enjoyed preparing it.
