IS CF Generally, the ISCF work in the region is so small compared to the vast number of high schools in Regions 7 and 8. This year’s ISCF ministry in CEVRU reached out to 612 students or 523.1% from its base target of 117 students. 11 of those became Christians. Also, we had a total of 16 EBS groups with a total attendance of 441 students. For this school year, the ISCF ministry ministered to 7 campuses, namely: Abellana High School, Philippine Christian Gospel School (PCGS), Silliman University High School, Foundation University, Union National High School, Zapatera High School and later part of the year Seguinon National High School in Albuera, Leyte. Last M ay 8-12, 2017 we conducted an ISCF (Sibol) Camp with 34 campers and 24 of which accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. We were able to reach our target through the following activities: 1. Siquinon National School and Union National High School conducted True Love Waits of which the gospel was explained and shared and; 2. Through large group EBS. College This year we ministered to 984 students who heard the gospel (HTG). Heard the Gospel activities were achieved mostly through; 1. room to room evangelism 2. one on one evangelism (intentional or friendship evangelism), 3. Evangelsitci Bible Studies (EBS) 4. Freshmen Treat or Back To School Activities, 5. True Love Waits workshop 6. Evangelistic Retreat 7. Recruitment Day 8. Christmas Parties With those activities, the region was able to reach its target for both ISCF and College ministries. This school year, we, also praise God for the 122 new believers who accepted Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. This school year, we have had 27 EBS groups with 124 attendees and 9 evangelistic trainings on “How to share the Gospel,” attended by 80 students. Generally, we are thankful to God for His leading, enabling and for empowering

IS CF We started the school year with 17 members coming from Union National High School, Abellana National School, Zapatera National High School and Silliman University High School. But at the end of the school year, the same number of students remained even if we have 5 discipleship groups with 38 attendees. The reason was the ISCF chapter at PCGS where senior high students whom we cannot really consider as members because they only attended for a semester and another batch of senior high school students attended the second semester. The ISCF chapter in Union National High School conducted 2 large group fellowships with a total of 35 attendees while Abellana National High School had prayer meeting with 4 attendees. Also this year, we were not able to implement the activities planned in the RBM because we have no committed high school students. College New Members Praise God for the 135 students who became new members this school year, we reached 79% from our projected target of about 171 students. College Activities: Discipleship and Leadership Camp Praise God for the 43 students who attended the DLTC 2016 last October 22-29, 2016 held at Camp Bato, Sibonga, Cebu. Care for Creation (CFC) Two areas in the region conducted the CFC activity , namely, Leyte and Cebu Areas with a total number of 36 student attendees. In Cebu, it was through the initiative of the Cebu City Leaders Council (CCLC) led by Angela Villagonza that we were able to

conduct such activity. The said event was participated by our graduates and different IVCF chapters in Cebu. The Eastern Visayas State University-Tanauan Campus conducted the same event in Leyte. And it was participated as well by both graduates and students. We thank the Lord for M EANS ministry for sponsoring those events. Indeed, the Lord is good because our students and graduates learned all the more the importance of caring for God’s creation. Gift Giving The Negros Oriental area conducted a gift giving activity at Casa Cittadini Orphanage. The same activity but with a different kind of gift (flip flop) was given to the recip ients in barangay Sta. Elena, Tanauan, Leyte by IVCF members of EVSU-Tanauan, Leyte chapter in partnership with M EANS M inistry. Badjao Outreach This year, Cebu Area conducted 2 outreach programs to the Badjao Community last July 23, 2016, and December 17, 2016. These activities were in partnership with M EANS M inistry. The said events were successful and meaningful both to the IVCF members and the recipients. Cell Croups Praise God for 16 small groups with 69 student attendees. The student leaders who attended KC were the ones leading the discipleship bible studies in their own campuses. We thank God because after the DLTC 2016 there was an increase in numbers of the students attending the cell group meetings in the different campuses and a handful of them started to assist the bible study during the last quarter of the school year. Large Group Meetings We have conducted 32 large group activities with 599 students attended the different activities. The events were: 1. TLW Seminar Workshop 2. Senior Students Treat 3. Career Talk and Spiritual Guidance 4. Christmas Parties 5. Different Chapter Large Group events Prayer Meetings All throughout the school year we conducted 76 prayer meetings having been attended by 341 students. We also had regular monthly DOP in Cebu spearheaded by CCLC, Weekly Prayer M eetings and Daily Prayer M eetings in campuses were held wherein members of the chapters pray for different concerns of the university, country, nations and personal concerns. Other Discipleship events This school year, some chapters in the region conducted 12 different activities having been attended by 93 students. These events were: 1. Spiritual Retreats 2. How to Lead Small Group, 3. How to have a Creative Large Group, 4. Retreat 5. Care for Creation,

IS CF We don’t have mission’s activity for ISCF as our chapters were all pioneering. College This year, only CTU- M ain has a mission coordinator. At the end of the school year 106 students were engaged in Cross-cultural missions through our Day of Prayer activity conducted every last Friday of the month in Cebu and Leyte areas. While 66 students have been engaged in community outreach last July 23, 2016 (Badjao community gift giving) and December 17, 2016 (Flip Flop distribution) at Brgy. IS CF As of this quarter considering that our ISCF chapters are all in pioneering stage, we do not have trained leaders yet. College At the start of the school year (AY 2015-2016), we have 60 student leaders serving as exec members, CG leaders, EBS Leaders and officers in the different chapters. But at the end of this school year the number of leaders serving in the campuses have declined to 34 from 60 leaders. Reasons like wrong priorities, disappointments and few of the student leaders chose not to function because of personal concerns and struggles. 24 of the present leaders were KC graduates, just recently, this summer we have had 7 students graduated from Kawayan Camp 2017. We have 1 student council headed by Angela Villagonza. We thank the Lord because 50 of our student leaders are now serving in the different church ministries. Some are volunteers in Compassion ministries, others are in the different outreach ministries, cell group leaders, worship team members, youth officers and some were given the opportunities to share the word during the Sunday services. We also thank the Lord because our Regional Leadership Summit last June 1-4, 2017 was a success. We thank the Lord because this year we were able to ministered to 25 campuses, 6 of which were High Schools and 16 were Universities and Colleges. We are thankful for the revival of our 3 college chapters and 1 ISCF chapter. Namely: University of Southern Philippines Foundation, Eastern Visayas State Universit y- Tacloban City, Foundation University-Dumaguete City and Siguinon National High School in Albuera, Leyte. Our desire that these campuses will grow into what we have envisioned the region to be. We prayed that God will enable us all to see the need and expand His ministry to other areas especially in Siquijor, Southern Leyte and Samar Provinces. We thank and praise God for this year 5 counselors, 10 GT volunteers, 8 advisers and 6 partner churches have committed to support the regional movement. We are praying for more to support and partner with us. IV Home Ministry IV- Home ministry is a unique feature of the IVCF ministry. At the IV-Home our students can rest while waiting for their classes, fellowship with others students, graduate and staff. Aside from the regular activities- Tuesdays Prayer for the Nations and Thursdays IV Home Bible study, the IV Home is also a place wherein the students can observe their staff workers and graduates regular schedule. Also, the 5pm Daily Prayer M eeting was sustained and the reading of the book of Psalms was done during the said prayer meeting. We thank the Lord for the students and some graduates who came everyday joining the prayer meeting. Also, we thank God for our donors who selflessly support the ministry and the IV Home needs. Currently, the IV Home have 6 dwellers. Graduates groups: Teachers and Advisers Fellowship Last August 29, 2016 we conducted a Faculty Advisers and Teachers Fellowship. The purpose of the said meeting was to orient the advisers of their roles and responsibilities, to encourage them to continue with their good influence in the lives of the students and Central and Eastern Visayas Regional U nit

their fellow teachers in their respective university. Five teachers attended the fellowship1 from University of San Carlos-M ain, 1from University of San Carlos-Banilad Campus, 1 from Cebu Technological University -M ain, a high school teacher and elementary teacher as well. Because some of the advisers were not able to attend the said orientation, we conducted a separate meeting with them last September 8, 2016. We praise God for M r. Dione Ang, our current RAC Chairman for his availability and commitment to handle this group. Cebu Graduates Bible S tudy Group After attending the EAGC 2016 some of our graduates desire to form and revived the graduate’s cell group. They are now the ones mobilizing, supporting and become volunteers in helping the ministry as well as encouraging their fellow graduates. Regularly they meet every Saturday at the IV Home for prayer, study of God’s word and fellowship. Bohol Intervarsity Graduates (BIG) Praise God for the life of M s. Celgen Aurestila, for her untiring love for God which enabled her to help the ministry in Bohol. Currently, she is the Chairman of the B.I.G group. She mobilized and challenged the graduates in Bohol to create a local group so that the graduates in every area will have a support group. They have a regular quarterly meeting and held a retreat and fellowship. Their first fellowship and retreat this y ear was conducted last July 22-23, 2016 at Anda Seaside Lodge in Anda, Bohol, hosted by the Anda Graduates Group. The second was the 2 successive meetings for Strategic Planning, vision casting and fellowship last September. And last April 2017 they have had regular meeting and fellowship. We thank God for their desire and commitment to help and support the movement. Other Regional Events: Leyte Local Board Last November 30, 2016 during the IV Day celebration in Tacloban City, the Leyte IVCF family decided to elect a local board who will partner with the staff in overseeing the ministry in Eastern Visayas in expanding the movement in Leyte and hopefully in Samar area in the future. We thank the Lord for their commitment to support the ministry. The board continue to meet regularly on their scheduled meetings and fellowships. IV Day We thank God that despite of our hectic schedule last December were able to celebrate the IV Day in the 4 different areas in the region. The IV-Day celebration was indeed a time of fellowship and thanksgiving for God’s goodness and faithfulness in and throughout the region. Regional Assembly We praise God for the 40 students and graduates who attended the RA 2016 with the theme “Fan Out” held at Lahug Evangelical Free Church. Pastor Herman M oldez shared with us God’s word and we were encouraged and challenged at the same time to fan out the flame in us.
