WESLEY HOSTS NOVEMBER CONCERT

Before she passed away, Sally Weston Hawie established a fund at Wesley United Methodist Church to provide concerts, free of charge, at the church well into the future. The concert series began on January 31, 2020, with a mini-concert of Bach, Handel and Vivaldi by the Florida Chamber Project from Jacksonville. The series has very successfully been carried on by Deborah McIlrath, the Director of Music at Wesley, with 10 more programs since that initial concert. The next program on Sunday, November 13, will feature two outstanding musicians, trumpet player Chuck Seipp and organist Randall Sheets. The concert at the church begins at 5:00 p.m. and is free and open for all to attend.
