This is an overview of incoming students from outside Piedmont, Italy. The focus is to show the multicultural variety in the Piedmont’s basic education. The first visualization illustrates the ratio between incoming foreign students and Italian ones. The main one displays the flows between different countries and each Piedmont’s Provincia. It allows to visualize how many and which country has “incoming students in Piedmont”, a flows’ rank (green), relates countries and Provincie and shows the peculiarity of each one and assigns a rank for the country incoming in number, and the Province reception. The last visualization is a historical screen about incoming foreign students in Piedmont from 1994 to 1995, divided per continent. project by Eleonora Grotto
