Martín Pescador Lodge isn’t just an angling destination—the cuisine is equally as incredible. Chile’s rich soil and long coast make for an exceptionally delicious spread of local ingredients. The range of ecosystems delivers nearly every treat from the sea you can imagine, while grass-fed beef from Chile and Argentina gives you a taste of some of the world’s finest cuts of meat. The wine, of course, is also a standout. From the rich notes of dark Cabernets to the crisp flavors of Sauvignon Blancs, Chile’s regional wine is truly exquisite. Perhaps a favorite at Martín Pescador Lodge is the Asado, a Chilean-style barbeque marked by smoked meats, a light-strung ambiance, and music and dancing. This tradition includes an open fire, plenty of local beverages, and an unforgettable night amongst friends new and old.
Three meals a day are included in your stay at Martín Pescador Lodge. You will enjoy thoughtfully prepared, seasonally relevant dishes that are plated and served family-style. We are happy to cater to dietary preferences and restrictions.

A Chilean Tradition: The Pisco Sour You haven’t tasted Chile until you’ve tried a Pisco Sour. This zesty, refreshing sipper is mixed with Pisco (a grape brandy), fresh-squeezed lemon, sugar, an egg white, and a dash of bitters. Wonderfully tasty and delightfully simple, the Pisco Sour is as integral to Chilean culture as anything—it even has its own national holiday.
