At the root of Eleven’s identity is the belief that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice the comforts of home in order to experience some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes and incredible adventures. Our team has scoured the globe for destinations relatively unknown and which still have a strong connection to their community and landscape. Although our properties are far from the main road, they are custom designed to ensure you have access to all of the amenities you should steam showers, saunas, pools, unique hang spaces, comfortable guest rooms and more.
We believe that your trip should be about you. That means that no trip is ever the same. Even before you arrive, our Experience Managers will help plan your dream itinerary, design menus, organize travel logistics, take note of your preferences and plan special moments. We want you to experience the most out of your trip. As a result, most of our stays are largely all-inclusive — meaning that your professional guides, outdoor activities, most meals, house alcohol and local transportation are included. This is important. Unlike other resorts and guide operations, we don’t acknowledge “down days” or “weather days.” There are no rain checks. We are always armed and amped to improvise and be creative. If we can’t ski, we’ll surf. If we can’t fish, we’ll go paddle boarding with a gourmet riverside lunch. You came to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and this is what you’ll get.
There is not a “right” or a “wrong” way to experience an Eleven destination. If you’re a die-hard charger who wants to jam-pack your day with adrenaline-fueled activities, we’ve got you covered. If you’re simply looking for somewhere off the map to turn off your phone and put your feet up, that’s what we’re here for. Embark from our striking riverside lodge to fly through an entirely untouched landscape dotted with ancient glaciers and snow-capped summits to find the line of your dreams. With an exciting assortment of open bowls, steep couloirs, and low-angle glacier runs, our expert guides will ensure that every level of skier finds their slice of perfection. However you explore the storied slopes of Patagonia, it’s certain you’re among the first to experience them. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
RIO PALENA LODGE Blending the rugged Patagonian wilderness with extraordinary touches of understated elegance, Rio Palena Lodge offers unmatched access to the backcountry and tasteful, high-end amenities. Situated directly along its namesake river, the property has seven en suite bedrooms with wooden structural flairs and breathtaking views. The main room’s immense fireplace and the river-facing patio are the ideal gathering places after an actionpacked day, while two wood-fired hot tubs and a sauna provide the perfect respite for exhausted hard chargers. Colossal windows and heavily layered interiors are thoughtfully complemented by locally made upholstered headboards and Chilean-made cement bathroom tiles. Far removed from any establishments, Rio Palena Lodge is fueled by culturally driven meals artfully crafted by local chefs. Traditional mud ovens produce Chilean empanadas, while sopaipillas con pebre accompany an array of seafood from Chile’s 4,000 miles of coastline. Needless to say, the lodging experience is as otherworldly as the skiing.

TIGRE
Palena, situated on the second floor, is the crown jewel of Rio Palena Lodge. The only room with a living room, spacious private balcony, TV, and wet bar with snacks, Palena is an exquisitely appointed king ensuite with a steam shower and breathtaking views from a series of projecting windows, including ones framing the double sink vanity. Remote-controlled shades, extensive closets, and a fold-out couch offer an abundance of conveniences, while hard-wood ceilings and Chilean-made textiles create a quintessential Patagonian ambiance.
Tigre’s versatile layout can be configured with one king bed or two twin beds to accommodate guest preferences. Vivid red hues add an unmistakable exuberance to the room, while white-washed walls are nuanced by heavy wooden ceiling structures. Its location on the second floor gives guests impeccable river views, and an en suite bathroom with the same red flair ties Tigre together in both form and function.
AZUL Azul’s river views are arguably the most idyllic. Located on the first floor, this king suite with a bathtub and steam shower receives an excellent amount of natural light that illuminates the culturally forward room design with a touch of the outdoors. Its personal balcony, largescale ensuite bathroom with a double sink, and insulation from any exterior noise makes it a truly serene hideout that envelops guests in Chile’s signature style.
ROSSELOT Rosselot’s angulated wooden ceiling, leather couch, and confident splashes of color make it a unique reprieve. A tailor-made headboard fashioned from Chilean rugs frames the king bed, while local cement tiles line the ensuite bathroom and steam shower. A comfortable sitting area is the perfect place to relax and take in the captivating river views from this second-floor suite. As is custom at Rio Palena Lodge, Rosselot’s decor is heavily influenced by indigenous Chilean crafts.
TRANQUILO
Tranquilo, capable of accommodating two twin beds or one king bed, features an en suite bathroom and river views from its second-floor position. Reclining in Tranquilo’s bed gives you a particular downriver vantage point, a coveted view of guests at Rio Palena Lodge. Navy textile accents and a medley of creative patterns accompany a beautifully crafted headboard representative of the region’s native motifs.
MORO
Moro features a richly layered queen bed and en suite bathroom. Located on the first floor, the windows open up to views of the beautiful Palena River. Along with locally sourced art, regional decor steeped in character gives guests an uninterrupted experience of Chile. Understated elements of elegance touch the room’s traditional yet artistic design, and promise a well-deserved respite after a day spent exploring Patagonia’s wild landscapes.
CORRENTOSO Correntoso offers immaculate garden views from the first floor, and features a queen bed and en suite bathroom with traditionally inspired cement tiles. Its bold yellow headboard, which was locally made and dyed with seasonal vegetables, is a defining factor of this room’s aesthetic. Correntoso’s intimate space provides an inviting hideaway that welcomes guests for a delightful rest following an unforgettable day.

HELI SKIING
This high-octane operation is one of the most unique skiing experiences of all time. The terrain in itself is outrageous, from rugged peaks, steep chutes, and challenging couliers to sweeping glaciers that drop you into the rainforest below. Helicopter access gets you skiing the best of it, allowing for a day full of exploring new zones and never-repeated runs. A highly trained and experienced guide team will lead you every turn of the way, dousing you in tips, finding powder stashes, and customizing your day exactly to your preferences.
