Battery Water Deionisation Systems Producing up to 540 litres/hr of high purity water

The Elga Process Water range of battery water deionisation systems produce up to 540 litres/hr of purified water for rechargeable batteries. They provide the pure water you demand at the turn of a tap, efficiently and cost effectively. All systems produce water complying with the strict specifications for battery water, with none of the inconvenience of handling and storing old fashioned carboys or conventional distillation equipment.

Top-it-up 125 and 250 Systems

Floor Standing Cylinder Deionisers

• Wall mounted to maximise efficient use of space

• These systems are regenerable, and cylinders can be replaced in a matter of minutes

• Colour change indicator shows when cartridge is exhausted • No electrical supply required

• Convenient disposable resin cartridges enable change over in seconds

• Two models available depending on the output requirements – Top-itup 250 systems provide twice the output of the Top-it-up 125

• Optional 6 metre coiled delivery line and trigger applicator can be connected to either system

• All floor standing systems are supplied with a spare cylinder as standard, to ensure purified water supply continuity

• Using our own transportation service we will collect the exhausted unit from your premises and replace it with a freshly regenerated cylinder • Optional 9 metre coiled delivery line and trigger applicator can be connected either directly to the system or various points on a piped distribution system

Notes Capacity guidelines above are to: A 10μS/cm endpoint for Top-it-up 125 and 250 systems. A 50μS/cm endpoint for B119, B224 & B500 systems. System Types Top-it-up 125 and 250 – Disposable cartridges. B119, B224 & B500 – Operate using ELGA Process Water’s resin voucher exchange service. System Monitoring B119, B224 & B500 systems – A battery operated conductivity meter monitors the quality of treated water and indicates when the resins are exhausted, or an optional mains powered conductivity indicator is available. For higher flow rate applications consult ELGA Process Water.
