Sausage Zucchini Skillet

Yields: 4-5 servings

Ingredients:

1 package fully cooked Caprese sausage

2 zucchini

1 bell pepper

1 yellow onion

3 cloves garlic

½ tsp basil

½ tsp oregano

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

1. Chop your sausage into pieces. Cook in a little olive oil over medium-heat to brown the sides.

2. While sausage is cooking, chop your vegetables. Add to the pan. Add your spices.

3. Cook until vegetables are soft, adding minced garlic last (cook for 1 minute).
