Qualification process is devided into 3 phases: — phase 1: Administrative qualification based on the reply of the candidate to the Elia questionnaire, — phase 2: Technical and safety audit, — phase 3: Pilot project.

Transition rule: Simplified qualification process for companies having performed electrical installation works on Elia HV Lines since 1.1.2009 if they send their candidature file before 16.2.2011 to Elia.

Methods according to which each of those conditions will be verified: Phase 1: Assessment matrix; Phase 2 Audit report; Phase 3: Debriefing pilot project.

The candidates must pass with success each phase successively.
