November 20 -22 is quickly approaching which means that very soon we will be leaving for an intense, exciting weekend together at ICYC. We are so excited that you are joining us this year! It is going to be an awesome weekend featuring speaker Shane Wood, worship leader Jon Abel, and special guests 33 Miles. I want to send you this letter which includes a little more information so that you are aware of what will happen during the weekend. Students and youth coaches will meet inside the Fellowship Hall (park at door 20) Friday afternoon at 4:30pm and will return Sunday afternoon around 1pm. We are asking everyone to eat before they come so that we can get to the conference, get settled into our hotel rooms, and get to the main session on time. Before we leave we will stay in the Fellowship Hall for a quick meeting to go over a few things. Here are some things you need to know before you come. Enclosed in this letter is a packing list so that you remember everything you need for the weekend. Breakfast will be covered at the hotel, but you will need money for 2 fast food meals while we are there. Your registration form and th registration payment of $95 is due by Monday, November 16 . The registration form is also included in this package. ICYC is a weekend designed to bring High School students into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We are so excited to grow as a student ministry with you during this weekend and hope you are excited too! Packing List: Your Bible A Notebook A Pen or Pencil Two Pairs of Pajamas Toiletries (toothbrush, hair brush, deodorant, etc) Casual clothing for Saturday and Sunday A watch or something to keep time with Money for two fast food meals and optional souvenirs
Bedding and towels will be provided by the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about that sort of stuff! Remember, you are attending a Christian function, so bring appropriate clothing. If you question whether or not it’s appropriate, ask an adult or play it safe and don’t bring it at all.
