An EFT agreement form must be completed at time of registration. Forms are available at the Pavilion and Al Hattendorf Center customer service desks. A deposit of $25 is required per session to hold your child's place in a camp. The deposit fee is due at time of registration and is deducted from the total cost of camp.

● IN PERSON Register in person at the Pavilion or Al Hattendorf Center. To receive resident rates you must verify your residency by providing a valid form of ID such as a driver's license or utility bill. See pages 10 and 11 for further details on Resident and Non-Resident status.
Option 2 ● ONLINE To register online and receive resident rates you must first establish your resident status. This can be done by stopping in at the Pavilion or Al Hattendorf Center with proof of resident status; a utility bill, current passport or driver's license will work. If you are creating an account online, you will not receive resident rates until you have established your resident status in person at a customer service desk.

Junior Golf Programs
The Junior Golf program provides participants with professional instruction from our experienced teaching staff, as well as dedicated on-course playing time at Fox Run Golf Links. The program is geared toward a specific age group for the students. Content will include rules, etiquette, course management and the physical aspect of hitting the ball. All students must have clubs or inform the staff at Fox Run Golf Links so that we can provide them. Registration is held at Fox Run Golf Links Clubhouse. Parents or guardians must be present to register. All classes will be playing at Fox Run Golf Links on the last day of each session. Parents or guardians are encouraged and welcome to drive the cart with the student on play day. Registration is available now.

Come and be a part of the adventures! This camp is held at the Al Hattendorf Center with plenty of outdoor exploration and water play activities across the campus grounds. NWSRA Summer Day Camps
The Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) team is staffed with full-time Therapeutic Recreation professionals and trained part-time staff. NWSRA offer quality year-round recreation for individuals of all ages with disabilities. NWSRA also provides assistance to individuals who wish to participate in their local park district programs. Junior Leader Program
Did you always want to be a Camp Counselor? The Junior Leader program provides a unique opportunity to develop skills necessary for working with children in a hands-on environment. We will provide you with the skills needed to be an effective leader. Four days a week, Junior Leaders will be involved in the daily camp activities and assist camp staff with campers. Every Wednesday, Junior Leaders will have leadership training. Interested applicants can pick up an application packet at the Pavilion Customer Service Desk.
1. Packets must be completed and returned to the Pavilion Customer Service Desk by May 1
2. In early May, prospective Junior Leaders are contacted to schedule an interview.
3. Once the interviews are complete, Junior Leaders are notified of their status. Those selected need to attend the mandatory orientation. After the orientation, staff determines placement. Participants have the option of signing up for one or both sessions.

Dance Camp
Discover the Pavilion Dance Centre's dance camps this summer! If you love to dance, this is the camp for you! Our dance instructor will lead you through fun-filled dance related activities all summer long! No dance experience is necessary! Spotlight Theatre Camp Little Mermaid!
Campers will put on a full-scale musical theatre production at Elk Grove High School! Within the six-week camp, counselors will teach basic theatre fundamentals with first-hand tricks for memorizing lines, character development, costuming and set design. Campers will receive two complimentary tickets for one performance. Camp will also include two field trips and weekly swimming. A full calendar will be distributed the first week of camp and is available upon request prior to camp. Payment plan is available.

Athletic Camps
Boys and Girls Sports Camp
This camp is designed for children 6 - 11yrs who want to learn and participate in numerous sports-related activities, games and field trips. Campers will participate in activities such as soccer, softball, flag football, dodgeball, kickball, basketball and so much more. The camp will be broken into age groups to promote fair play. Campers will learn the value of good sportsmanship and most importantly have fun. Campers will enjoy a weekly trip to Rainbow Falls (weather permitting). Weekly field trips will be held on Wednesdays and could include Schaumburg Boomers, Chicago Dogs, Kane County Cougars, Chicago Sky, Mini-Golf, Top Golf, bowling and more.

Archery Camp
Participants will learn an excellent skill using a nationally recognized beginner’s 9-step to the 10 ring progression. Archery helps participants’ concentration and increases discipline. Participants also will learn about archery history and equipment, archery characters in the movies and comics, Olympic Archery, folk heroes and other fun archery facts through interesting activities and discussions. Equipment will be provided. Please bring a labeled water bottle.

Youth Tennis Camp

Smash your way into this exciting camp! Young players will learn tennis fundamentals, such as ground strokes, volleying, serving and overhead shots, as well as develop the agility, speed and coordination needed for effective tennis play. Challenging and exciting drills and games will be implemented to reinforce these techniques. Equipment will be provided. Please bring a labeled water bottle.

Camp Waitlist Confirmation
The registration office will contact you in case of a waitlist. If you do not receive a waitlist notice, your registration has been processed as requested.
Waiver and Release Form
A Waiver and Release of All Claims form must be signed when registering yourself or your minor child for Elk Grove Park District programs.
Photo/Video Consent and Release
Photographs and videos are periodically taken of people participating in Elk Grove Park District programs and activities. All persons participating in Park District programs/activities or using Park District property thereby agree that any photograph or video taken by the Park District of yourself and/or your child/ ward may be used by the Park District without limitation, prior notice or permission and without compensation to the participant. Photograph or video may be used for promotional or information purposes. These include but are not limited to Park District publications, signage, social media accounts and websites. Such productions may be copied, copyrighted, edited and distributed by the Elk Grove Park District in the manner described above. Objections must be made in writing and filed with the Elk Grove Park District. Written objections may be submitted to Elk Grove Park District, Administration Building, 499 Biesterfield Rd,. Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, and should include your and/or your child/ward’s name, address, phone number, your signature and date.

Camp Withdrawal/Refund Policy
In order to receive a full refund, notification to withdraw from a camp must be received by the registration deadline date for that particular camp. Requests must be made by completing a withdrawal/refund form available online or at the Pavilion or Al Hattendorf
Customer Service Desks. Requests made after the deadline may be charged a 10% service fee per program based on the total cost. The fees range from $5 to $25. Withdrawal after the start of camp will be prorated and charged the service fee. Refunds will not be issued for camp days that participants are unable to attend.
