Call Sheet Process Before the production of my call sheet could commence, I firstly researched what a typical call sheet looks like. Using digital sources, I specifically researched call sheets for fashion shoots. One of those found resources can be viewed below as an example. A relatively simplistic call sheet, it however is easily recognisable to be fashion orientated with clear, precise information. Another, more detailed call sheet can be viewed to the right. Presenting more information, I planned to produce something that mirrors characteristics from both of these two examples.

Construction When developing my own call sheet, Microsoft Word became the software I would employ. Having previously used it for creating tables, I knew it would be effective in displaying my fashion shoot information. When developing my initial call sheet, space was left for timings, job roles, contact information, weather details and any additional information. Once the basis for the call sheet had been produced, it was saved as a PDF, ready to be used as my blank skeleton version. After this the call sheet was filled in accordingly to my own photo shoot and saved as a PDF, ready to work as my completed version. Print screen images displaying some aspects of this process can be viewed to the right. Additionally, the two versions of the final call sheet can be viewed on the next double-page as well as on my Wix account.
