KASHRUT
Eating is one of the basics of life. Shouldn't it be done with intelligence? For a healthy and sound soul, eat only kosher foods, for when you eat differently, your Judaism is not just metaphysical, but part and parcel of your very being.

WALL
This Calendar is Dedicated to the
REBBE
The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, devoted his life to bringing Jews closer to Judaism by sending Shluchim (emissaries) throughout the globe.
The Chabad-Lubavitch movement comprises more than 3,600 centres throughout the world and emphasizes Ahavat Yisrael, love for a fellow Jew, and the importance of living a Jewish life.
The Rebbe’s passionate and uncompromising love for every Jew is legendary. His insistence that all Jews are equal, regardless of background, affiliation, or level of observance, and his love for G-d and Torah and devotion to the Land of Israel, are the beacons of truth and love that continue to guide and inspire us here at Chabad Romano Centre and throughout the world.
Dear F riends and Members,
We have just passed the 30th yahrtzeit of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. When feeling introspective about this holy day, our team has been pondering some big questions. As shluchim of the the Rebbe, have we been doing enough to carry out the Rebbe’s messages? Have we been caring and loving enough to every Jew whom we encounter? Have we done enough to promote Jewish pride and observance? We sit down together from time to time to discuss how we can improve. Whenever people would report to the Rebbe about their activities and accomplishments in the realm of spreading Jewish awareness, the Rebbe would compliment, thank them, and then add more to what they were doing.
Since October 7, our mission has been to encourage more children to enrol in Jewish schools- whether daycare, Sunday school, or our now famous Tamim Academy. We have made an effort to welcome Israeli newcomers to our community, we have encouraged adults to increase their Torah learning, and we have put up countless mezuzahs and helped hundreds of people lay tefillin. We have handed out hundreds of candle lighting kits and we have sent thousands of dollars to Israel. Sounds like a lot, but we are sure there is lots more to do.
Please join us in our holy work to bring Judaism to others, and to help make this world a better place, ensuring that we are doing our part to bring Moshiach now!
Sincerely,
