BRIEF TITLE: Unipol Housing Application (Brief 6) Brief: Design an interactive App and Iconography for Unipol Student Housing in Leeds. Background: Unipol is a leading student-housing agency based around the UK. Unipol runs a number of accreditation schemes aimed at giving students confidence in renting from landlords and agents. Unipol administers National Codes that accredit larger developments, but also has bases in Leeds, Bradford and Nottingham, which accredit private landlords. Renting from a Code landlord offers reassurance that standards have been checked and Unipol can offer help if things go wrong. Considerations: Unipol is an existing brand with a large student following; the design should fit in with the branding guidelines of the company. Mandatory Requirements: UI and UX research and testing of the App Unipol logo and colours used throughout Target Audience: New and existing students in and around the Leeds area. Landlords and perspective landlords in and around Leeds Direct competitors of Unipol. Tone of Voice: Professional but informal. Relatable and simple. Deliverables: A functioning multi-page application. A video showing how the application works. An on-going documentation and evaluation posted to relevant blogs. A minimum of 5 design boards showing final resolution. A written evaluation posted to design blog. Start date: Wednesday 01/11/14

Deadline: Monday 18/01/15
