We’re Knowledgeable
Our years of experience helping both buyers and sellers have helped us find a sweet spot between strategy and data and insight and instinct. While most strive to work smart not hard — we do both.
We’re Innovative
Exercising persistent curiosity can reveal more than one way to get to the right place. Being highly adaptable, boundlessly resourceful, and wildly inventive doesn’t hurt either.
We’re Relentless
We love what we do. We get up every morning ready to get to work. We invest, we compete, we grind. We don’t believe in luck — results come from the hard work you put in.
We’re Connected
Boston’s a historic city – we have history here too. We’ve lived in the neighborhoods, we’ve made lifelong friends, we’ve built a successful business through our networks. This is home. There’s no place we’d rather be.
We’re Authentic
‘Real’ is a hard word to describe — but you know it when you see it. Human. Personable. Trustworthy. Telling it like it is isn’t always the easiest way, but it’s the only way we know.
We’re Caring
This business isn’t all steel, marble, and wood. It’s mostly about people. And nothing means more to as than our family, our friends, our business partners – and the city we love.
Buying or selling a home is much more than a real estate transaction — more times than not, it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why we’re relentless about sharing our expertise, leveraging our vast network, and tapping into our deep knowledge of Boston (and beyond) to help make that experience a pleasurable one. Our mission is to elevate the art of buying and selling homes through strategic partnership, collaboration, and innovation — and to build relationships that last far beyond today’s deal. We believe our success, and the success of those we work with, is predicated on our core principles of hard work, loyalty, and authenticity. We love the work we do, we love the city we call home, and we’d love to work with you.
When you list with us, the first thing we do is find out what makes your home unique. We firmly believe the key to selling a property quickly, and for top market value, is to tell a remarkable story about it. We use all the talent and resources at our disposal to showcase what makes your house a home — from the most prominent feature to the smallest detail. Beautiful photography, eye-popping video, and compelling copy from our dedicated in-house marketing team, all come together to make your property shine. But that’s just the beginning.
We then combine this art of storytelling with the science of finding the right buyer. Utilizing demographic and geographic insights and market data, we develop a profile for buyers looking for homes like yours (in neighborhoods like yours) and create interest by activating our vast network through a number of channels including social media, press opportunities, the multiple listing service (MLS), Top Agent Network (TAN), and our international market partner, Knight Frank.
Lastly, we build out a comprehensive marketing plan, powered by our datacentric approach, to help get the unique story of your home in front of those uniquely positioned to buy it.
And we do it all, using a collaborative approach — where we’re relentlessly active, highly engaged, and completely available — like 24/7 available.
Because that’s what it takes to sell a home in today’s market, and that’s what it takes to be the best at what you do.
Our talented photographer will shoot breathtaking, high-res images of your property — beautifully highlighting every feature of your home.
Partnering with the best videographers and drone pilots in the industry helps us produce best-in-class video showcases of your home — inside and out.
Our in-house team will design a suite of callateral to share at showings and broker events — and build your property its own custom website.
The driving force behind most real estate marketing today, our active, engaged, and ever growing social media audience of 300K+ is our lifeblood.
Public Relations and Broker Events
Commanding visibility in the press via DE’s best-in-class PR team and gaining exposure through events and programming are just two more ways we create a buzz around your property.

Kelsi Gotauco has a varied background and diverse work experience: from nursing and health care to nutrition and fitness. The theme that links them? Her genuine interest in helping people.
Kelsi brings that to her career in real estate and has been rewarded with impressive success. Now, as an associate with the highly-acclaimed Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, Kelsi looks to take her passion for working with people and helping them achieve their objectives to the next exciting new level.
Kelsi launched her career in real estate at a start-up brokerage company in Boston, where she leveraged the small size of the firm to her benefit. Working closely with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, she had a hands-on role in every deal, learning the processes – and the nuances – from the start to the close. She also gained valuable market knowledge and insights about all the unique Boston neighborhoods, as well as the outlying communities including Chelsea, Everett, and Winthrop.
Kelsi has a keen eye for property value and her finger on the pulse of the rapidly changing Greater Boston marketplace. She is directed by her client’s best interests, always going above and beyond the “typical” duties and responsibilities of a real estate agent. The consummate professional, she is proactive, well-informed, communicative, and readily available. Her goal is to be a trusted and dependable advisor and to provide the best possible experience for her clients – which she has done time and time again. A steady stream of repeat clients and referrals and glowing testimonials tell the story.
“Kelsi had a very positive attitude and was very professional. When I wanted to see a new batch of places, she was very quick and efficient about getting an agenda worked up for me to see them. At the end of the day, I ended up purchasing a home that I am very happy about, and Kelsi was a vital part of making that happen.”
