I can’t wait to help people throughout my career!”

This Fall, Megan plans to work part-time as she sets her sights high for the future.

COOPERATIVE ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (CAPP)

Brookfield Central’s Co-Valedictorians Ben Kim and Kevin Niu completed over 30 AP courses in their four years of high school. In recent years, the District has expanded its offerings to include AP Research, AP Human Geography, and AP World History. Assuming three college credits per course, both Ben and Kevin are well on their way to an early college graduation or the pursuit of a double major. Ben will be attending the University of Chicago while Kevin is enrolled at Brown University.

During the pandemic, math teachers Hannah Guth (BEHS) and TJ Reutemann (BCHS) were two of Elmbrook's educators who earned their Masters degrees as part of a program designed to qualify them to teach college courses as an adjunct professor. The Cooperative Academic Partnership Program requires a certified instructor and course-aligned curriculum. To-date, 28 Elmbrook educators have completed certification in order to expand access to college courses for our students.
