L’AGENCE PRÉSENTATION

L’Agence D.Paysage créée en 2002, prolonge l’activité de conception d’aménagements paysagers initiée par Diala HADDAD dés 1995, alors opérant en nom propre. Leur activité depuis ne cesse de s’accroître en étude de maîtrise d’oeuvre d’espaces publics en tant que mandataire ou en groupement avec des architectes, des urbanistes, des concepteurs lumière et des bureaux d’études de voiries et réseaux divers. Philosophie liée aux aménagements extérieurs: Le souci de l’agence dans l’élaboration des études est de répondre aux données programmatiques ainsi qu’au contexte spécifique de chaque site. Ils

n’imposent pas un style prédéfini qui s’applique de manière systématique à des projets. Au contraire, pour chaque opération, une réflexion particulière est faite, liée à la trame existante, au contexte géographique, urbain ou naturel, afin de définir les premières idées fédératrices. Leur attention est portée dès les premières phases de conception sur les éléments qui offrent un équilibre entre le développement du projet et l’environnement dans lequel il est situé.

Expérience : L’expérience en matière d’aménagements extérieurs s’étend sur plusieurs domaines, tels que : • Les aménagements urbains : places, jardins, squares en coeur de ville, • La requalification urbaine des espaces publics dans des quartiers démunis, • Les espaces extérieurs liés à des bâtiments publics à vocation sociale : tels que les abords, jardins et patios de maison de retraite, maison d’accueil médicalisée, foyer de l’enfance, aéroport,

This courtyard is only accessible for maintenance purposes. Due to the building constraints and load bearing capacities, this courtyard is planted with low ground cover vegetation to provide an attractive view from the surrounding rooms. We propose to introduce bands of light coloured stone (to be defined), to create a pattern and to structure the various textures and heights of the ground cover planting. The planting pattern will be coordinated with the light well and air extraction vents so that they fall within the rhythm of the pattern.

On extrait de son abandon l’huile d’argan, réputée internationalement pour ses qualités diététiques et cosmétologiques Chaque partie de l’arbre est utilisable et représente une source de revenues non négligeable pour les ruraux limitrophes. Dans la perspective de préserver cette richesse naturelle dans la région, une stratégie locale a été mise en place visant à : Informer et sensibiliser l’opinion locale, nationale et internationale. Sauvegarder et protéger ce patrimoine local. Développer et valoriser localement la culture de l’arganier L’arganier est remarquablement présent sur le site. Relation batis - jardins Les murs pignons des bâtiments sont blanc et strictes en rappel des constructions. Les séparations avec l’espace public se font par des murets en pierre sèche issus du site. L’espace est ouvert, naturel, en lien direct avec l’environnement du site et l’ambiance si particulière conférée par le chaaba.

Concours de la place des droit de lâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;homme, Clermont-Ferrand

Le quartier des vergnes se trouve dans les quartiers nord de clermont ferrand. Le secteur des Vergnes comprend 3881 habitant et se compose de 1518 logements, 688 logements sociaux et 830 logements en copropriété et hors secteur pavillonnaire. Il se caractérise par plusieurs points : - Une césure nord - sud très affirmée, entre un habitat collectif au nord, et la zone pavillonnaire au sud. - Un fort enclavement - Des espaces publics déqualifiés.

Caractéristiques générales du quartier



Les objectifs répondent donc à ces problématique, la volonté étant de désenclaver, remailler, valoriser le cadre de vie, permettre la diversification sociale et fonctionnelle. En parallèle de la définition du projet urbain, la ville de Clermont a acté l’extension de la ligne 1 du tramway jusqu’au Vergnes. Le tracé aujourd’hui arrêté long la place, traverse la rue du château puis rejoint la voie ferrée. Une station est prévue sur la place Le centre commercial actuel est détruit pour être réaménagé

Problématiques Chaque typologie de bâti tend à se refermer sur elle-même excepté les tours. Une rupture forte se crée entre les différents logements tant par leur typologie que leur disposition, leur échelle, leur population. La végétation est non structurante, les arbres sont placés au hasard sur le site. La végétation renforce la césure Nord-Sud, elle ‘enferme’ le bâti collectif. Malgré la grande diversité des espèces de feuillus et de conifères, il n’y a pas de trame végétale lisible.

Le site n’est pas traversé par la voiture, les parkings sont surdimensionnés. Les circulations piétonnes à l’intérieur du site sont complexes, l’espace central est un espace de transit uniquement, très ouvert, il n’invite pas à la pause.

Le travail que j’ai effectué sur ce projet fut très intéressent. J’ai pu comprendre le fonctionnement des concours. J’ai assisté des le début à la réalisation de ce projet. Dans un premier temps, une visite du site et une rencontre avec la maîtrise d’ouvrage ainsi que les autres concurrents à permis de s’imprégner du projet. Mon travail au sein de ce projet fut de réaliser un diagnostique du site, afin de comprendre les dynamiques, la façon dont l’homme a occupé et occupe le site afin de proposer dans un deuxième temps une esquisse de projet

L’eau

Une des problématique majeure est l’inscription du site en zone inondable. Il est très important de prendre en compte cette donnée dans la réalisation du projet. En effet, il est nécessaire de proposer des aménagements qui ne doivent pas aggraver la situation et prévoir des systèmes qui conduieront à c que ces eaux soient infiltrées dans les sols ou temporairement retenues jusqu’a rejoindre le reseau sans risque de débordement. Le site vient s’articuler en trois zones distinctes qui viennent s’imbriquer les unes dans les autres. À l’ouest autour de la crèche, l’intention est de créer un espace plus ouvert. Aujourd’hui confiné dans une végétation abondante, on ne perçoit plus l’environnement proche du site. La crèche s’ouvre sur le reste de la place, les jeux pour enfants sont regroupés au niveau de cette infrastructure. La deuxième zone centrale est traversée par le parc au sud et la promenade au nord. Cette zone créé la transition entre le place urbaine proprement dites. Les espaces s’interpénètrent, les circulation suivent les axes d»anciens biefs qui irriguaient les champs autour du château. Ces canaux structurent le site, ils suivent les circulations piétonnes et prennent différentes formes suivant les espaces traversés. Le plus à l’est, la place urbaine regroupe l’arrêt du tram, le centre commercial et le château. Cette place essentiellement minérale pourra être traversée par des bandes végétales qui reprennent l’orientation du château. C’est un espace de rencontre, il est amené a être traversé en toute occasion. L’espace autour du château est dégagé. Il retrouve une certaine place, étant présentement noyé dans la masse végétale et bâtie.
